- Hey fellow Toygraphers!
It’s been a while since I uploaded my last video.
I’m going to share a trick that could give you a clean shot look on your photograph. The trick is pretty simple, you only need to prepare a smartphone with bright display as your light source.then, I reveal the step in this video :)

Thanks, glad it helps. Yes, you can use the lightroom mobile for editing:)
This is excellently frugal! I am so happy I ran into this video. Anyone can do this. Thanks!
Thanks man! glad it helps :)
May i know what camera and lens you're using and also do you use timer for shutter? Thanks
Wonderful video and instructions. Is that the standard lens that the 60D comes with ? I have the same camera. Question. When you say when the shutter turns off, what does that mean? Or you taking pictures with a timer?
Thank you man! no, it's a Canon 60mm Macro Lens. Oh since I set the shutter 15" (long exposure) , so after clicking the shutter button , the camera will take 15 seconds to collect all lights from my phone. When you hear a click sound(the shutter off/done), you can see the final image. Also I don't use the timer.
Great tutorial! What do you use to display the captions and whatnot in your video?
wow, thanks for the tips. this is useful. 👍
U're welcome :) Glad it helps
u're welcome broo!
Are you able to use this method with multiple subjects, or is this really a portrait style method?
Great tip!!! Thank you
Most welcome!
Amazing :3
Top notch video!
Thank you :)
will that light make my figure colour fade?
In my case, no :)
@@AFToys thanks!
Thank q for the tutorial, i have a question, why F10 ? F3.5 made background more blur, right?
Thanks! Yes it will make a background blurry. But if you only change the Aperture while you do this light painting technique you will get overexposed image. I think if you're doing that you won't get enough light for your photo, but you can experiment with the settings :)
@@AFToys thank q for your enlightmen sir :)
Good shit, dude
Thanks man!
Nice! How do u maintain that crisp when uploading to instagram? Mine always get blurrer once uploaded..
Well When I save the image from Ps or Lr, Make sure set the image quality at High or Max. Hope it helps :)
AF Toys do you by any chance scale down the image resolution to recommended 1080px width before uploading? I heard that Instagram compression will destroy the quality of photo if its uploaded at a huge resolution and file size
I change the width to 1080px only for my square photo. For my full resolution photo, I upload just the way it is. I notice some compression by Instagram. I also don't like it though hahaa. Maybe, it's the choice of camera and lens that you use could also affect the photo on Instagram.
AF Toys do u also notice compression even when uploading at square 1080px? Cus I tried and my photo becomes pixelated once uploaded
Well I notice same compression bro. It kinda sucks but as long as you post high quality pic, you could make it less pixelated.
What are options in Lightroom are using to make the colors pop? It almost looks animated
Try to use Hue/Saturation/Luminance or play with radial filter too :)
What action figure you use in this video, shf, mavex,or hottoys????
Black Panther (Marvel Legends) , Stitch (Revoltech)
Nice bro
Thanks :)

Any similar app in iPhone?
Well I think there is a similar app. but, I forgot the name. you could just search "flashlight" on App Store and find the one app that could light up the screen.
