Giving some tips and a look at how I go about getting my toy photography pictures. I have more here on my page and plan on doing at least one a week so please subscribe and enjoy!!
Dude your such an inspiration!! I just took my first couple of shots with my garden,Princess leia in the boushh outfit and luke skywalker I really enjoyed it!!
Hey, I can put my old clone wars action figures to very good use 😅 I'm 19, and have a large scale collection of clone troopers, droids and all that. But hey. Thank you so much man you gave me a past time passion
Just an idea. Baby oil and some water in a spray bottle can give a fantastic " natural wet" look to these characters as it adheres to the surface. Expecially good for skin, flesh etc to make it a bit more organic. In this case the animal the storm trooper is riding at 7:40. The same technique is utilized in film to make sweat on a characters face because when it drys it still looks wet. Great video !
Liked that a lot, I'm gonna give this a shot, thing is the figures are so expensive here in UK, so time to visit car boot sales I thing (Garage sales in US,again I think), haha, liked and subbed dude looking forward to seeing more.
You’re doing great work! Realistic photos of this type is a long time favorite of model railroaders. You should check out some of their work. What you’re missing is weathering. I’ve got a collection of weathering powders that add soot and dirt to your models, and if lightly applied it can bring great realism. They make fake snow, and other such things for Model railroading, that can also be of good use when photographing models. I personally have found that if I put my camera in Macro mode, and get very close up, it makes them look a little extra real. Great stuff! You’ve got skills.
Very interesting. I have to admit that I am far too chicken to take one of my figures outside our garden. When I look at your pics, maybe I should change that...
You know what I’m really surprised that you only have 3k subscribers you should have millions keep up the good work now I am inspired to do toy photography.
Awesome shots man I just started in photography and I like doing toy pics also thanks for sharing your experience...I don’t haven’t started a RUclips thinking bout it tho not to make money but just to share what i like to do thanks again
decipher5121 thanks my brother! Yea man it’s all about just having fun and making memories! If you have an Instagram, it’s a great way to show your toy photography
This is bad ass man. So I work out in west Texas and I do a lot of walking with my job. I was walking in this field the other day and something on the ground caught my eye. When I looked down I noticed on a small scale the ground looked like a giant desert. Then I had the idea to do this. Glad to see someone does it.
Imagine just seeing a man vaping in the woods playing with star wars toys
Lol
Lol
I would just join in.
I'd bring in the imperial trooper transport with my troops and join in
I would join him
Damn the photos look real
I get what you mean, but that's the whole point!!
@@snapsauce5403 get a cheap action camera under 100 bucks and your good or just use a phone
@@Derrick-1209no, get a camera that’s worth it. A canon is recommended. A phone is fine to start out with though!

Same
Same here!! This looks sick

It would be even better if the paint apps on those figures are painted better and added some realistic effects like some dust on armour, rust etc
The fact that they’re clean and upkept is realistic from a military POV though. You take care of your kit.
maybe clone armor could have rust but a stormtrooper having rust on their armor is literally impossible bc their armor is literally plastic
Next time you’re somewhere snowy get some snow trooper shots there!
I've shared your video with all my SW Fans thank you and keep shooting brother!
OP Sensai Airsoft that’s awesome thank you
