I do between 30-40 mins, sometimes daily but I try to do around 3-4 days a week. Keeps me supple enough to carry out my daily chores. My body knows feels it needs to do a little extra but my mind makes the decisions. I feel great.

You give clear instructions , I love when in the top corner u show the next exercise coming up , it's a no fuss to the point exercise video which is easy to follow but not necessarily easy to do . Loved this pilates one this morning whilst my toddler ate her breakfast... was a little more difficult when she decided to join me along with the dog 😂😂 The toddler as extra resistance and the dog to keep my legs moving as he tried to chase them 🤣🤣🤣
I read one comment about getting down on knees a lot during video. I’m presently going to physical therapy for loss of cartilage in “R” knee. I braced up w two knee braces to manage & had a thick foam (not cheap) on floor. I made it thru most exercises. However, I have a weighted hula-hoop. Learned that I can use it again if I can confine “R” knee from hardly any movement. Those weighted hulas will absolutely work you out. Just start w 30 seconds. Work up gradually. LOUD FAST MUSIC HELPS. This video helped me develop a confinement on that knee, cause I wanted to do the video badly! WOW...WITH THAT VIDEO -THE IDEA OF BRACING UP W SEVERAL BRACES SET ME FREE TO GET BACK TO HULA HOOP. THANKS SO MUCH 😃

I am 65 years old and just enjoy working out, but I have a question.....To stay in top shape is it necessary to do a video or two each day? I do the weight lifting every other day as recommended I also try to bike every morning.
I’m just coming off the stomach flu and haven’t worked out in almost a week because of being sick. This was the perfect easy going, low intensity workout I needed to start getting back in the swing of things 🙌🏼
Perfect workout for ankle weights. Used them for the first time ever and experienced a good amount of burn. I didn't want to do anything too intense since I did one of those 1000 calories workouts yesterday.

yesterday leg slimming pilates thighs and butt and today this. Doing the first for almost a month 4 times a week combined with exclusive butt workout and I feel tight!!!!!!

I slept for 10 hours and when I woke up I was not in mood to exercise. But somehow I don't know I found this and I began. Really glad I did.
