Wow, didn't expect that. Turns out, Rami is a cool guy, very generous, gotta give him, he did the best he could with that role, which is absolutely not a walk in the park for any actor. Rami worked his ass off, you can't deny that even if you didn't like the movie itself very much. Kudos.

Pretty sure when he said voice he didn't just mean speech wise, or literally his voice. He means his Freddie's way of performing, his spontaneous and erratic movements on stage. Actions speak louder than words and Rami did a pretty damn good job of recreating that.

So much salt. I do wish Rami would go on Ellen and actually sing. There's a clip of him singing on TV, but he was clowning around. I'd like to hear him actually trying. But I'm sure the producers have given him a script to follow and part of that is probably not singing in public as Freddie, would "spoil the magic" I guess. I hope someday Marc and Rami will record a bit where they sing together, for real, in the same room. That would be so fab. For people who can appreciate both of these great talents for what they do--Rami as actor, Marc as singer. So many people can't and will diss one or the other for no good reason.
