"Why do we fight? To protect Home, and Family... To preserve Balance, and bring Harmony.
For my kind, the true question is: What is worth fighting for?"
-Chen Stormstout
+Johan Axelsson thanks for the words Batman, appreciate it.
The last slice of the sacred Pizza.
+Gerald Snowman well said my friend well said
"To ask why I drink is to ask why I am fat. It is because I drink. Perhaps there is a better question. Why do I drink? To quench my thirst. To lower my inhibitions. To make women appear more attractive. For my kind, the true question is: Where is the bathroom?"- Chen Stormstout "angry" greeting.
just..awesome!
Man the guy who created this music has to be a genius.
+TheChranixLive Neal Acree has been Blizzard' cinematic composer since BC, he even got a yt profile :P
Or a composer.
agreed. this is the most epic part of that expansion. well...the ONLY epic part of that expansion.
Dont forget Russel Brower
Mist was one of my favorite expansions, if not the favorite. For some reason it so fun playing arena, but that's probably because I played Mage, their machanics we're incredibly fun.
I am telling you we are gonna miss the Mists of Pandaria so much, I can already feel the nostalgia.
You were so fucking right holy shit
lmao true
haven´t played it but darn I miss it.
true
you were fucking right
Chen: "To protect home, and family. To preserve balance, and bring harmony. For my kind, the true question is: What is worth fighting for?"
Shao-Hao: "For home, and family. For the people I protect. For them, I would give my final breath."
boner
still a masterpiece....i miss MOP
Spoken by a true warrior😌
I don't even play the game and I really like this music
+Noah Daglio Can't say I'm surprised to hear that :) WoW has some fo the best music written for anything ever, really.
so start play and play by zombie, like zombies in dimir, i love dimir zombie aggro
+Adam Lewandowski wtf is wrong with u? that's the bumbest comment I ever heard , who gives a fuck about some zombies dude?
Adam Lewandowski You mean Undead ? They suck .
YOU NEED PLAY WOW MAN...is the best game ever made!
The end of this track is out of this world, doubt I'll ever get tired of hearing it.
Ya han pasado 10 años... Ya te canso!?.
It is not out of this world...
But you will never get tired of hearing it. ;3
Sure as hell one of the best World of Warcraft soundtracks. Epic.
To be fair.. When has Warcraft's soundtrack have been bad? I mean, if Blizz does 2 things right, is animation in the cinematics and the music!
Why do we fight? To protect home and family. To preserve balance and bring harmony. For my kind the true question is: what is worth fighting for?
2:59
When I first saw this cinematic, I stood in aw for about 10 minutes. Those last few seconds where he says "What, is worth fighting, for?" I was totally blown away.
to get more fucking gear
to git gud
Nome Sobrenome For my kind, the true question is: What gear is worth fighting for?
Turedain better gear
Nome Sobrenome One does not simply "get more fucking gear" my friend.
Turedain Legendaries, bruh. I need my [Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker].
I live & breathe for 2:50 and on. Last 30 seconds give me an eargasm.
I heard eargasm lol
+Angelina Tirone It's truly incredible. It has that majestic, sweeping uniquely-Oriental sound. The whole track is killer. But I get shivers from then on, till the end.
from 2:30 its so good
I love how when MoP was active, people constantly bashed it. But now that we have this shitstorm that is WoD, people finally begin to realize that MoP was a really good expansion. It's definitely up there with BC and WotLK.
+TheYangarang Remember when people were bashing WotLK?
+TheYangarang Same will happen once Legion's out. People will always find reasons to hate the "new stuff". Suddenly, WoD or Cata won't have been as bad anymore. Yet people keep playing the stuff they "oh so hate". Idiots, all of 'em.
Wotlk has a terrible expansion too :p
+TheYangarang How in God's green earth was it good ? It r4ped and murdered the talents, completely destroying what was left behind the great talent butchering in Cataclysm; replaced them with generic perks, identically copy pasta'd into ALL the specs. Removed reforging of attributes.
MoP effectively cut character customization's balls. WoD changed nothing, literally nothing.
And in the distance, Legion removes glyphs and adds "artifact weapons" with token depth and no real choice. And removes all gear in PVP thus no more customization of any kind.
+Dominiq Don't be so negative, my friend. Legion might be awesome. XD
The most important thing I've learned in all my journeys is... balance. Work and play. Good and bad. Right and wrong. Honor. Tradition. A good brew. And most especially... family. These are things that bring me balance.
These are the things I fight for!
Why did I play?... Because of the music of course.
lol
Dude.
You are my greatest friend in the whole galaxy.
thank you
you are my greatest friend on the whole universe
Err... i was talking to firekiri :( but u are mah friend too :3
You realize how good a game was, when you come back to it every week for years. Can't stop listening to this.
MoP: Home of pandas, Chinese influence, and CHEN MOTHERFUCKING STORMSTOUT!
Oh, and awesome music.
As a Chinese player, i really have to say, Blizzard did his homework on how to capture the essence of traditional Chinese music.
Yang Tommy As an austrian player, I have to say that they captured the spirit of Arnold Schwarzenegger very well with Hans'gar and Fran'zok in Blackrock foundry.
I don't actually wish the abomination that is austrian folk music upon the world. At least not with vocals. Instrumental is fine. I don't like it, but it's not objectively bad that way.
3:23 HOLY SWEET EARDRUMS THAT SOUNDS GOOD
do not forget about Anduins journey !!!
Notice how the music changes when the Pandaren enters the fray. It's no longer the dark and foreboding tune - suddenly it's almost... lighthearted and funny, to show that the Pandaren wasn't truly fighting the Orc and the Knight, rather he was toying with them.
Whenever I play this soundtrack, I don't listen to it only once :D
For Pandaria !
Work, and play. Good, and bad. Right, and wrong.
A good brew! ... and most importantly, _family_.
These are the things that bring me balance! _These are the things I fight for!_
one of the best endings ive ever heard along with "the golden lotus" and "vale healing" tracks.
Ok, I just had the best moment in-game right now. I just looted the Headless Horsemount's mount when this song was playing at 3:28. I've almost had a heart attack.
+mikaku grats
+mikaku Now, wake up and wipe off the sweat from your face.
Not to be confused with the Headless Horseless Horsemann. TF2 and WoW fan say what! (nah man but a collab of those two characters would be like another Gumby and Pokey)
Honestly, I don't understand why everyone is hating on Blizzard lately. I love their games and all of WoW's expansions. All of you haters can go play Minecraft for all I care.
I agree. I've enjoyed WoW since vanilla and had a blast each expansion. Even though WoD gets a ton of hate, I feel it has the most immersion of any expansion yet.
+Jason Blueheart Most people hate on it for it's general lack of content (2 patches, 3 raids, garrisons). To me it's 100% justified, but whatever you feel is up to you.
Some peoples brain just cant take the fact that creating an expansion while supporting live game is completely different from making whole new game with no deadlines....
Players should be able to critique Blizzard if they feel the game is going in the wrong direction. Alienating those players and wanting them to go play other games is very narrow minded
***** The garrisons were pretty fun and cool when they were new although I admit they got stale pretty quickly towards end game. But no I'm not fucking retarded, I'm a person with an opinion, and did you not not touch any content other than garrisons the entire expansion or are you utterly insane, is the question you should ask yourself.
Anyone else get chills listening to this?
2 Weeks after WoD came out, I was already MoP nostalgic, and still am.
I get chills everytime i hear this music. Its just .. .amazing
Because that feral druid called me a scrublord.
Mists of Pandaria, probably the most underrated expansion ever. I loved every minute of it.
1:23 - 1:45 This is best part for me.. Full of power! For Pandaria
Take me back.
I remember people for hating MoP because of pandas and it wasn't the expansion they wanted.
I remember fools.
The choir at the very end always brings the feels... *goosebumps*
I would pay copious amounts of money to hear this being played live.
I don't even play this game, but this is epic!
you should start
2:50 best friggin part ^^
say what you want but for me is mists of pandaria one of the best wow-addons simply because i like the aspect of the monks and that you don't have to immediately chooose between horde and alliance.... also pandas ftw!!!
2:57 and the goosebumps starts
I agree with you. This is possibly their most amazing soundtrack so far. Mixing western and eastern music together is just amazing.
"For my kind, the true question is: what is worth fighting for..."
I certainly did. Even though I could extract all these files, there's something nice about having a properly edited and selected soundtrack.
We did it 1M views
the Greatest Expansion ever. HANDS DOWN.
So I guess I'm the only one who didn't enjoy 14 months of the same raid that was boring after the first month, the PvP where 5.0-5.2 if you weren't an arms warrior you couldn't kill shit, the pvp from 5.3-5.4 where raid gear beat PvP gear, and the timeless isle grinding?
And let's not forget the piss easy heroics that were soloable with the first tier of raid gear.
Jellyfrosh Heh, at least it wasn't Cata :P
Gogito4 I actually enjoyed Cata. Except for the insane amount of time we had Dragon Soul, but the HoT heroics are still my favorite dungeons in the game.
Cata started great and fell, after they downgraded the bosses life in the first raid, i think it was black wing lair, by up to 40%, damage aswell.
I thought the dungeons in Legion were way better.
The part from 2:57 is amazing!
i just love how mighty the end of the song is
3:28 unbelievably beautiful. eye-wateringly majestic.
People MEMED on this expansion when it came out. But looking back at it I wish the world would turn back so I could experience it all over again.
WELL GUESS FUCKING WHAT
To Battle,to the ARENA,TO THE FIELD OF JUSTICE ! .. For Lordaeron, for the Alliance !
Lordaeron is pretty much like dead.
And their only remants are in control of the plague.
***** agree :)
FOR THE HOOOOORDEE!!
if only we could use staffs like that in the game
The best expansion of all, much better than WOD/A melhor expansão de todas, muito melhor que WOD!
+Thalisson Pereira yeeeee not the best but in the top 3
>BURNING CRUSADE
?????????????????
lol
one of the best game music ever! also one of the best WoW ever!
*Looks at the Sake Bottle in the Background* Oh, i know what you're fighting for ppl. I know well.
yeah, this music really moves something inside you.
2:50 till the end is amazing
This music sound like a post apocalyptic survival music after a big war
To get those sick prestige mounts / icons
Imagine a mists of pandaria movie...,😍😍😍😍😍😱😱😱😱❤️❤️❤️
Integrated in a warcraft cinematic universe...
-_-
Blizzard needs to make a movie all about Pandaria
It might include nudity but it won't include sex scenes as pandas are not known for giving any fuc*ks
hmm aren't you confusing them with Honey Badgers?
2:31 - best part
3:23 "For my kind the true question is: What is worth fighting for?"
Jack Pedersen to protect home and family
+Erin Godanci To get that fucking mount already
Good bye pandaria :'(
The violin right at the beginning of the track just kills it.
_Oh god._
_Wait._
_Why am I crying?_
_WHY AM I CRYING?_
*_THIS IS TOO EPIC FOR ME TO HANDLE_*
*_AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGH!_*
stahp.
always gives me chills
2:50 Start the real music.
love this soundtrack
Yea the music has always kept me coming back for more. Everytime I hear a track I want to play.
Thanks for uploading! I've been waiting for this since I heard in trailer.
Just Amazing !!!
Awesomeness...
Back then in 2012 - 2014 I played WoW so much that I never played the expansion itself, but the cinematic gave me memories..
This part 2:07 inspired from "Fisherman's Song of the East China Sea". I remember hear this one in Kung Fu Hustle :)
I always get chills in the first 20 seconds and the last 40.
FINALLY!!! BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS SINCE THE CINEMATIC WAS RELEASED
Agreed. This song is so incredible.
Me as Trainer:
"Tell me this: "Why do you fight?"
For my kind the true question is...What is worth fighting for? *epic ending and epic panda smile*
Amazing
Oh my God, that almost made me cry. Epic!
Countless hours of research into Chinese music have probably gone into Blizzard's music department. And they finished it off with a briliant soundtrack that resonates with "West meets East".
Bravo, Blizzard.
On a personal level, I still don't understand the second question.
"Why do we fight? To protect home and family, preserve peace and harmony. The question is, what is worth fighting for?"
Um, didn't you just answer that? Home, Family, Peace, and Harmony? Am I missing something here?
The second question is asking for your justification for why do you fight . So basically, we know why you fight, now is it really worth (value) to fight for? It is more of a personal question, to think of the consequences your fighting has or will bring, and were those negatives worth the positives that came out of it. I was a main theme for a majority of the expansion as well.
@@trevortrabeaux4
Exactly
This is such a good piece of music! It really brings out the fighting spirit in someone!
And yes, the ending part is epic beyond comparison! =)
So nostalgic.
Good old days.
"Honour, tradition, a good brew! But most of all, family. These are what bring me balance, these are what i fight for."
Music and cinematics. Blizzard excels at that.
Illidan warned us... "You are not prepared..."
Playing WoW since I was 6. That would have been 7 years ago. In my opinion, MoP is the best expansion yet.
I played the Mandalorian credits theme right after the music cut off. Not gonna lie- pretty epic. Makes you wonder what would be going on during this track.
God, i miss this.
I was looking for this track months ago, although I'll buy the collectors ed as well. Epic music right here.
I must admit that WoW's soundtrack just keep getting better and better.
I remember this was like yesterday, mop is 10 years old now...
It’s REMIX time baby! Welcome back to 2012!
Truly a legendary expansion!
NICE MUSIC THE BEST OF THE GAME
Well, there is a tiny difference. People can fight for anythink they want (good or bad), but when he asks "What's worth fighting for?", he makes you think if your reasons are really that relveant. It may not be the best explanation, but I'm sure it's this way.
This music still gives me goosebumps O.O
mop have best soundtracks
Don't say anything, just listen because nothing can't describe this " find a word as good as this song " !
