    Yes sleep must be taken seriously. I find if I don't sleep properly for 2 days in a row, performance drops and not to mention stressful situations become more difficult to deal with as you're fatigued. Lots of great stuff in this video. Thankyou!!

    The video is informative but HOW do you DO the blocking? HOW do you ever it into the calendar? No one is explaining the how.
