I'm just collecting the crumbs you leave behind........Mr WideLoad 💪👊💰🇺🇸
Same here. Nobody thought me how to use binders I learn it on my own and how to load equipment on a lowboy.
Thank you so so much for this video!!!
Chain spools are welded on trailer behind the rub rail for the reason of wrapping chains. Not in the stake pockets.
One thing I would change in the way you do it is not to loop around stake pocket because it will bend and crack weld. Loop around chain stake or go around round chain stake and hook the hook on to the stake pocket.
🙏🙏👊💪. I got used to using stake pocket because on my aluminum trailer the round chain stake would crack and bend everytime I would use it......maybe it was just my trailer not sure.
Teardrop both ends of the chain around the stake pocket then install binder . Install the chain between the rear dual tires , around the wheel spacer . Thank You !
Wrap your chain around both outsides of the chain pocket .
Good infor, interesting......👍🏾
Thank you
I would like you to learn about it
I'd have to look it up but I'm think per dot that when u loop a chain like that that it lowers its working limit . What's universally taught at pretty much all flatbed companies is to hook the chain to itself on the trailer and hook it to its self on the object and use the binder to pull the slack in the middle
This is the way I do it. Hook to its self on trailer and load and bind that way I only need 2 chains instead of 4. Still need 4 binders depending on load though.
I do a lot of reading and never found any regulations on how to chain but if I do, I'll comment back here again. 👊💪
Doubled like that it will keep getting loose.
