Like 존댓말 and 반말 we also have three formalities. Believe me, grammatically your and our languages are so similar that a lot of the sentences can be translated word to word.
1)재(Mera) 이름이(naam) xyz 이여요(hei)
2)좋은(Subh) 아침(prabhat). I know koreans don't greet like 좋은 아침
3)We use both 찾다 and 있다 in shops.
-짤(rice) 찾아요(Milega) kya?
-짤(rice) 있어요(hey) kya?
The 'kya' independently means 'what' but when it's at the end of a sentence it simply means it's a yes or no question. you can often omit it. To make it easier don't think of it as a word, instead think of it as an integrated part of the question mark.

Like he,she , this यह , that वह
here यहा and there वहा
Note:
He's going : वह जा रहा है।
She's going: वह जा रही है।
Hoo हु is used on first person like मैं (I) on english
Hioo हो is second person like
you तुम / आपका (used to elder)

HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION:
YJ: bhaiyaa, Mujhe chawaal milega KYA?
Bhaiyya : Nahin milega! Jao! (No, You won;t get it! Go!) LOL!!!
(The way YJ kept on saying KYA ! KYA!....Bhaiyya got upset and said JAO!!)--Just Kidding!!
YJ- We usually call the shopkeepers/ auto drivers/ milkman/ etc. BHAIYYA (like brother); but not for lady shopkeepers!!
Also, in Hindi, we have three different forms of YOU: AAP (FORMAL: showing respect towards elderly people/ speaking to a complete stranger); TUM (informal--same age/ relatives/ someone you know well ); TU (for friends)
SUPRABHAT: GOOD MORNING (The word 'SU' means GOOD: )
Learning a new language is always a big challenge. India being a country of 28 states and 9 Union Territories, there are so many different languages. Each one of them is unique in their own sweet way.
It is indeed heartening to see people taking interest in learning Hindi. Written in Devnagri script, Hindi is the direct descendent of Sanskrit language. It has evolved in its present form through Prakrit and Apabhramsa languages. Hindi belongs to the Indo-Aryan group of languages (withing the Indo-European group) Whereas Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada belong to Dravidian language family.
(Interestingly, Prakrit and Pali languages gave birth to APBRUNSH language. Apbrunsh later paved the way for Khari Boli. This Khari boli gave birth to a more refined language Hindustani, which was a mix of present day Hindi and Urdu. Both Hindi and Urdu might share much of its grammar but they have different scripts.)
My mother tongue is Bengali, yet I write poems in Hindi. I love speaking Hindi.
I am not an expert on languages. But I like learning different languages both Indian and foreign.

Good job u are learning Hindi , It will help U a lot, especially in Rural parts of north India , where majority speak in Hindi . 60- 70 % population of India lives in villages. Try practising Hindi by talking to shopkeepers , autowallah and by watching Hindi movies . U will , improve. Next time plz visit places like Bhopal , Agra tajmahal and Wagah border .

@@kodiatv8543 Yes !! There are two Korean restraurants in Delhi that are famous among University Students. I used to go there all the time with my friends. One is called Busan and one is called Gangnam (Funny how they're named after actual places in Korea) It would be nice if you guys went there and did a review of the food to let us know how authentic and similar it is to the food in Korea.
