- Sorry for posting Corny on main.
It's the ridiculous and long-overdue sequel to the already ridiculous "Get Street Smart: A Kid's Guide to Stranger Dangers" (watch my video for that from all the way back in 2019: • Stranger Dangers - VHS... ).
Wanna know what happens when an alien is CONSTANTLY TERRIFIED while refusing to go to the dentist? Wanna get dubious life lessons on dental care, bullying, and courage? Well then, you've come to the right place.
This second video in the Adventures of Capricorn sees the departure of director Sean McNamara and star Richard Steven Horvitz (Invader ZIM, Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, Angry Beavers), where they have been replaced by the producer of the last episode, and a relatively unknown actor/comedian named Chris Bonno.
The drop in quality is...noticeable. So strap in and turn on the nitrous oxide and we'll get through this without too many cavities!
PS: if you want to watch this terrible, terrible thing in full, check it out on Video Wasteland's channel: • "feeling scared, actin...

There are large parts of the '90s I want to forget. Seeing a grown man dressed & acting like a child, in something intended for children makes me feel grumpy. Why do grown-ups think children are stupid? Why do they talk down to us like this? Less of this & more of Mr. Rogers would be ideal.
"Go to a religious group for safety from molesters" I think this thing needs some revisions.
Also, this is some of the best writing you've done so far. Excited for when you make it big!
Finding someone who can discuss movies or TV at this depth is really a boon. This video also makes some excellent insights into life and how sprawling, organised religion can produce surreal horrors.
It's also helpful as I start to unpack my feelings of being raised in a very religious and pretty unconventional home!
Also, the thing about the first one is that there were enough holes as to what Zarcon looked like that I imagined that it looked something like an actual safety-obsessed planet/overly protective culture rather than just clones of Corny, but no!
Plus, did his parents just…abandon him?! Why?! His new adoptive parents are utter jerks.
That would explain why Corny is so stunted.
i met richard horvitz at a convention once and i was so tempted to ask him about corny the alien. part of me is kicking myself for not doing it to see if he actually remembers it
Just finished the video, another good video! God, this contrived narrative *is* painful. I desperately hope they take you up on that offer to write a better dental plot; I'd entrust you with that.
I dread to know what's in the next Corny video if you do it. Fear pierces my very soul...
Don't worry Richard Horvitz will be back as Corny in the latter episodes.
Would be a great show
Yes. Do the next Corny tape!
I will say, Bonno doesn’t have the charisma of Horvitz but the voice matches the design better.
I was over halfway through the video when I realized John was the youngest kid on Home Improvement
You know there's something wrong with your life when you willingly hunt these Capricorn videos down on RUclips and watch them with your own free will 😂😂😂 I love your videos. You found a new subscriber! So, since you have a mystery science theater mug, which is your favorite episode?
Oh good the nightmare child is back. Awesome review, keep up the great work!
hi Mr. Toomanytapes, you may very well be my favorite guy on the videos website
I don't suppose you'd be willing to share a rip of the Bicycle Safety Camp video? That's the one Corny movie I've yet to find online and it was one I was hoping to review myself.
EDIT: I'm also just noticing that there was a ninth Corny movie I wasn't even aware of. My god, have mercy.
I think they just licensed the video from another distributor and it doesn’t have Corny in it at all! I’ll check my tapes though, I definitely have it.
Always look forward to your content, and it's yet another banger.
It's a New Year Miracle! Let us pay for your therapy so you can keep making awesome vids!
You've covered things that are morally worse than this but this genuinely feels like the most poorly constructed one you've covered. There's a reason that sesame Street uses a curriculum and consults actual professionals, because otherwise it ends up being this.
I think the production crew were having too much fun, making a shit post to entertain themselves.
