I'm one of those potato lovers out there..and this dish is definitely for me, Serving on this flat tray with neatly arranged slices makes it look elegant, pretty and plentiful, as if it will be served to many people in a big party, It looks warm and delicious with its soft golden color. I loved it and am going to try it today.. I can't wait for tomorrow. Again you know what I'm thinking and what i want to eat, Chef Joel.🌷

I have such respect for the humble potato ... and eggs. So versatile. Add dairy, and you will never go hungry. Heavy cream here in the States is, right now, difficult to come by. Great technique with the sheet pan. Thanks for posting!

#1 How simple! I have made potato gratin before and that recipe was NOT simple. Good but time consuming. #2 When I was growing up we used to give our dog bones. I was shocked when people would tell me that was a no no. WHY? We did it all the time. This of course was back when we had actual butchers in the grocery stores and they did not mind giving you bones. #3 I miss my princess. She would sit and watch me cook everyday...no begging just sit and watch. Happy Holidays chef!
