Qusai ibn Khilab built Dar al Nadwa, place of weddings, negotiations and even place to kill Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings on him. Abdul Darr was leader, among his kids one was drunk. Hakim ibn Hazam lived until Caliph of Muawiyah, sat with son of Abdul Darr and asked to buy the property for 1 jug of alchohol. It was sold. He later sold Dar Nadwa for 100k dirham, and it became a house. Hakim said there is now honor only with Taqwa.

Abdul Mutallib has the dream again, and then again a 3rd night. He should find Muthluma, 4th night he is told zam zam, Malik says the Zam Zam is what never runs out and is pure.
ibn Muflih, Ibn Hajr, ibn Uthaymin etc. the hadith Zam Zam is used fro whatever its drunk for is a Hasan li Ghayrihi hadith.
30 :00 - Hadith, difference between us and hypocrites is the Zam Zam - Bayhaqi accepted it, Uthaymin etc.
ncdi.nmn.nih. gov etc. dr. hani talaq and Rihab Talhaqi Salaman Amir, said in a study Zam Zam doesn't mix with pathogens.... takes 0 pathogens, peer reviewed.
Yet this is in hadith of Abdul Mutallib's dream!
Saudi doesn't allow Zam Zam to be exported for studies.
In hajj drink as much as you can.

One of the dreams it says, its found at a place of sacrifice... and in another ant hills and crow with white wings.
Abdul Mutallib had 10 kids, Harith was the oldest. Saw a man kill a cow and sacrifice to ihsab and nailah, ppl of xena in reports who were worshipped.
sadly even today ppl claim to be awliya and ppl sacrifice to them...
40 :00 - Abdul Mutallib after this dream said, if I have 10 sons i will sacrifice one for Allah!
Abdul Mutallib started digging and His son harith kept him busy, he found the Zam Zam and then qayraish recalled his dream.
sister had a tumor, did hajj and drank zam zam and he was cured, and there was a man to amputate a leg and he drank zam zam and his leg was cured.
And said I will sacrifice my son, but I own this water...
Then they argued over the water and then said lets go to a sahir...
Ibn Kathir in Bidaya wa Nihaya, they all dug graves as they traveled and decided to look for water. His camel stepped on a place.
He shared it, as his honor was about him.
They then shot arrows, he found gold and placed it on door of Kaba. He owned the water but shared it.
Now he wants to sacrifice a son.
50 :00 - His sons were Hamza and Abbas, Abdul Uzza aka Abu Lahab, Zubayr, Muqawwum or Abdul Kaba or Abdul Manaf, and then Giraffe, Hajlah and then youngest Abdullah,

the ppl stopped him though he struck them, so then they went to a sahir who said my jinn has a day off...
then they drew arrows, either to sacrifice 10 camels or Abdullah, and they can keep trying until they shoot the arrow save Abdullah...
they shot 10 arrows to sacrifice 10 camels for each arrow making it 100 camels and then that was sacrificed to save him as 10 camels was the qisas for him.

The sheikh mentioned at 36 min. about giving sadaqa for a dead person and thats shirk but is it also shirk if you give to Allah for a person who died so that their good deeds are more and their scale weighs higher on the day of judgement?.

The esteemed Shaykh got a bit confused because of the similarity in names of Muttalib and Abu Talib. But if you listen carefully he corrected it. So, to clarify, the uncle of Rasulullah sallalahu alayhi wasalam was Abu Talib. Abu Talib was the son of Abdul-Muttalib (grandfather of the Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasalam). Abdul-Muttalib was also known as Shayba but when his Uncle Muttalib (Great-Grand Uncle of the Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasalam) collected him and returned back to Mecca with him, Shayba became known as Abdul-Muttalib because people mistakenly thought he was an Abd (servant) of Muttalib. I hope this clarifies it for you as I too was a bit confused with the speech. May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala forgive Shaykh Uthman ibn Farooq and honour him in this life and the next. Allahuma Ameen.
In 2:02 shayk states Qusai ibn kilab had a brother named abd al dhar , but correct me if I'm wrong abdul dhar is Qusai's child hence named abd al dhar ibn qusai. Last lecture shayk stated it was his son and in this lecture he stated that it was his brother just got a bit confused but i believe abdhul dhar is Qusai's son as shayk stated last lecture.
