For meat, when it’s packaged for a store, they fill it for of chemicals to make the meat red. If you go to a farm, beef looks brownish colored. The store kitchen, they dip in bleach and other chemicals to keep the color and appearance. I hate what they have done to our food, even when buying organic/non-gmo, it’s still crap.
Exactly right! This is also why no other country imports USA food people! You know how everybody in the USA is now convinced milk is no good for you. Well it’s only USA Milk folks! Another reason why no other country imports USA milk. Up here in Canada We have brown ground beef and milk that still supports and promotes healthy bones. You see the lie wasn’t the benefits of milk in the past. The lie is that USA milk is regular milk.
When all my teeth were pulled out to ready my mouth for dentures, my mom cooked and pureed chicken and broth and added cooked rice to it and that's what I ate (drank) for my meals for awhile because I had no teeth to chew regular foods with. She also made softer foods for me to eat. Soups also. But I'd never buy organic slushy stuff to eat at those prices.
The highest GI was noted after the fresh white bread was eaten. Toasting the fresh bread lowered lowered the GI, but freezing the bread without toasting lowered the GI by 31% and freezing and then toasting lowered the GI most of all by 39%.
I’ve seen Clam Shack advertising on FB. I drink carbonated spring water. Pizza all over has gone up. Red meat prices are a joke. Overall, I was surprised that the prices we a lot more higher, but still enough stuff wasn’t cheap. Not one near me. Thank you.
The dairy being organic it is different more likely to find milk to make cheese at home and the cows not being fed hormones is always better. Dairy actually does make since to buy hormone free.
Yeah vegetables on the other hand, GMO’s are garbage organic doesn’t mean they don’t use chemicals they are just deemed that way. You have to let the government on your land if you have organic on your labels. Doesn’t mean anything really
Some of these foods are so easy to make yourself. I can’t imagine why anyone would pay extra money for them. Examples include: Hash browns, pizza and bread. It’s far cheaper to buy flour and a bag of potatoes than to buy these items already made.
One family meal would definitely be near $100. It's hard for me to believe that they're still in business with those prices . Are there that many billionaires? Who shops there?
You can get Panara anywhere cheaper, it you would have read the bag of shredded cheese it all has cellulose ( wood pulp) to keep it from sticking together. Boarshead meat have no chemicals. Shrimp is always on sale at Kroger or Fred Meyers. Angus is just a fancy name for over priced meat . Aldi has some great prices on chicken, and lamb chops . People that have different diseases have to eat foods without Nitrates . I have been to Orlando,Kissimmee and Walmart sells very good food . That place is for people that like to waste money. 😢
Organic cheese is made from grass fed cows usually. That's the difference between organic cheese and regular cheese. If that is something you care about, then buy the organic.
organic does not mean grass fed unless it states grass fed organic just means it is non gmo feed regular is gmo you can get grass fed that is non organic and vice versa organic the cows can still be fed grains 100 percent and most of the time they do get fed that much cheaper

I shopped at Sprouts in Tucson. They had beautiful vegetables for a good price along with good sales on chicken, beef, and lamb.
I like sprouts better than wholefoods
Good information, thank you! 😊
You're welcome
MOM's (Modern Organic Market) is the best Whole Foods alternative. The produce is awesome.
