@@Tausiif I don't know about the rest of the place but I come from a small town in UP and here capacity to hold passengers in station has increased and plus the length of plateform has also increased(I live near Etawah district). Changes are happening but slowly + we cannot change people attitude, everyone is on hurry.

LHB introduced in 2000, DFC finalised on 2005, land acquisition started from 2006 after allocation of budget from finance ministry. VB concept came from Delhi metro rakes, hats off to our engineers/ designers for taking the risk ( sword of finance audit if failed). This credit surely goes to BJP for giving Indian engineers a chance to prove themselves. But you see this same govt is bringing metro rakes from China not encouraging or trusting Indian work force. What i feel that securing profits should be an agenda & it is done rightfully. We all know PSU sectors afe very sluggish as compared to Pvt ones. Maintaining mechanical components of trains are costly & requires capital investment. But unless & until we follow Japan, China, South Korea like structure, we can never be able to cope up. Population is a problem, but adding AC coaches, modernizing existing rakes, introduction of more Vande Bharat trains should pour in capital & reduce overloading of normal train routes. I just expressed my point.
@@anirudhyachakraborty7680 Securing a profit should be last thing on Govts mind when it comes to making it safer and cheaper trains for the people. In a country like ours where many are struggling, I don't think introduction of more Vande Bharat is the solution. As in the video I mentioned how majority cannot afford to do it. The introduction of more cheaper and safer trains is the solution. In the UK, railways are now privatised and the prices are more expensive than flight. Privatisation only gives an opportunity to greedy owners to do how they like. This govt has already sold many sectors and God forbid if they sell railways too.

@@Tausiif What u can or cannot see is a result of ur mazabi inclinations... reality however is that anyone who has eyes can see things like drastic drop in people going bbye in rail accidents... During UPA rail accident meant 100s gone now its 0 or in the single digits... this is cos ICF coaches have been replaced by LHB coaches... Even sitting in Kerala I can see Chenab bridge, Anji Khad bridge, 700Kms of new Metro lines in 10yrs across 17 cities making India 3rd only to US and China is metros, Delhi RRTS, Railway electrification u can see simply by looking up...

BJP is rapidly improving Bharatiya rail infra and anyone who objective observer can see that...
