James & Yolly, La Cova Fumda Is by far the best most unique, flavorful, freshest, locals Seafood restraunt in Barcelenita or Barcelona for that matter. Astounding Squid and Octopus! How did you EVER get a table? Looks like you were there in afternoon... very lucky! We stood at Bar with "elbows out" . You were spot on . this place is the reason we travel to your wonderful Country... GREAT WORK!! YOU ARE AND YOLLY THE BEST! I still have bag of La Bomba rice for Paella. My invite is still open for you a Yolly to visit us here in States you will need to bring the paella pan… Cheers!

Your enthusiasm about what you're doing is apparent and we both look forward to all of your new posts. I must admit that sometimes my wife will say to me "really we're watching Spain revealed again? We have watched it at least a million times." To my reply...."Yes and we're going to watch it again for the millionth and one time!" Then we both laugh and say how much we wish we were back in Spain again. Thank you for all you do and when we are in Spain again maybe we can all meet and have a feast together. Adios.

One thing we discovered is that "Codol" is actually the maker of the macadamia nut coated in white and dark chocolate, and they make all the chocolate covered nuts sold here. They are very good, but just down the street at Bubo, they sell them with a salted nut inside, so you get that amazing sweet/salty combination in addition to the delicious macadamia flavor. Simply terrific! I’ve been to Barcelona twice in the past 20 years and couldn’t quite figure out where to go, what to eat, etc. but you’ve literally solved this problem for me with this amazing visual guide. I’m curious if anyone has ever come up with a top 10 cool music venues of Barcelona? The combination of these great foodie options and cool local music would be epic.

    Hi James,
You could do some research on Mallorcan couisine and do one of your great vids about it. It is very varied and tasty. Our "variadoss'" version of tapas and all that. I would be too please to show you some places!! 😉

    Hi James,
I would like to say THANK YOU! for your video. I just went to Barcelona a couple of weeks ago for 4 days, and I followed your food tour over that time. I ended up going to number 1,2,3,4,5,7,10
As a vegetarian, It it was most of the ones you suggested. I must say, I definitely enjoyed each stop! None of them seemed to be tourist, extremely busy or extremely expensive. I also ordered the same dishes you had recommended, and i must say your were spot on for each one of them.
My friend went to Barcelona and followed it as well on my recommendation.
I would just like to thank you as you make my trip to Barcelona amazing in terms of food due to this video!
P.S. I also loved your Gothic Tour Ten stops as well.

Wow I can't believe I remembered to share this just now, but just before covid became a thing, we visited Barcelona in 2020 and used your tips as guidance. We listed all the places, planned each day's attractions and routes and between them visited all these places for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it was 100% worth it! Not only for the food and drinks which were amazing, but the atmosphere was very important for a great Barcelona experience. People won't make a mistake following your advices, thank you!

The way that the marscapone croissant made James and Yoly ( or Yoli, I'm bad at spelling) happy is exactly what good food is supposed to do. 😊

By far the best video I’ve found on food in Barcelona - a great video on where to experience the culture through food and places the locals go. I’ll definitely go to a majority of the places on my trip to Spain this year. Gracias!
