I am from New Zealand and I watched your FHS tapes and played your cassettes in the car back in 1989 (age 28); over and over I played them. I started in real estate that year in June and spent three weeks learning the streets and our stock. Thanks to you Tom, I averaged 14 conditional sales (nine of which went unconditional) every month until Christmas. I just did what you taught and it worked like magic. Tom was just in Kansas City about 300 people were there. I have listen to his 3 day Boot Camps before. But seeing him live is greatness. I will study daily and make it mine. This video is not him.

I have watched a couple of Toms other videos and I thought they were good, but this one is so bland to me. It doesn't really engage me at all. Truthfully it seems dull and boring.
