@ he’s definitely using the rules to his advantage & occupying a seat that a better driver deserves but him with Cadillac I think would click, they need the money & he won’t have any pressure from fans & team, when no pressure he shines like he did at racing point
Even experienced Cadillac, or any other NEW TEAM in F1, will be a backmarker for several years before they will be competitive in any way shape or form in F1. F1 is like no other racing series and all the intriguite details of an F1 car, set up, tyre prep, tyre wear, strategy....are completely new to which ever new team. So no, NO ONE IN THE CADILLAC will be fighting for the championship for many, many seasons. Reality check.

The new regulations are engine focused not aerodynamics, they got that sorted that out with Ferrari so they can sort the design too
