Your video got me my handstand in a week! Once I went to my gymnastics class I tried it against a cheese mat and didn't even need the mat to support me! A tip for anyone who is scared to kick into it is that if your doing it against a mat or wall, kick as hard as you can and don't worry about a thing because the wall will support you. Also never come out of it by flopping to the side, always kick the leg you pushed off with down then the other leg. Y'all can trust you won't get injured from kicking up against the wall because I have really bad/sensitive toes and I've never felt pain. The real thing to work on is getting arms and shoulders! It's easy from there! I loved your vid as always Liv!

I thought this wouldn't work...so I tried and I saw little improvements, few days later I just randomly tried a handstand & did it for way longer than my usual handstands! I keep on improving more & more! Thx so much! 😘

I'm a beginner gymnast and I love your videos, can you do a tutorial on how to stop your splits from hurting I've got them but however much I stretch it still hurts. Any advice? Ps I'm not naturally flexible
I'm not sure the reason why your legs are sore. If you explain it about more. But if they are just sore from working hard have baths a couple times a week, hot and with Epsom salts to sooth the muscles, don't give up though. You also may be pushing yourself too hard causing a muscle to pull, for this don't stretch that leg, or do very very light stretches for about 2 weeks or until it heals. You can also use that bath I said, add a couple black tea bags, they can help with tears (or pulls)

the problem with me is that I am diagnosed I have extra bones in my body they keep me from doing cool things like this it keeps me from doing gymnastics I want to do this but I can't I 've practiced this for 2 years fact 1:I'm 10 and I have 7 surgeries in my body because I have to get the x-tra bones taken out and I get my condition from my dad

Alivia, how can I convince myself not to be scared. I have a good setup by my couch but my brain and body are telling me I will fall, I try but I will just fall if I try. My ballet teacher thought us that, whatever happened, we cannot go further than the floor. I don't know why but it really helped me when I learn turns, jumps and pointe.

Straighten your arms and use your wrists like ankles when move forward backwards or side ways remember to balance. And like she said do it on a bed then wall then by yourself. REMEMBER the very big key to gymnastics is patience 🔑. I believe in you!

A way to not be scared is to practise a backbend ...cuz when you fall you will land in a backbend

The more handstands you do, the stronger your arms get. I used to not be able to hold myself up at all with my hands. Now, I can do a lot of tricks

Bexty F you might be uses your legs to do them and not your core. Do a fewer amount of them and just work on using the correct part of your body :)
