I firmly believe this house is incapable of producing a poor fragrance. My 2 favorites are 21 Conduit Street and L'art de la Guerre; but make no mistake, this house is an international powerhouse - and justifiably so. Superb job, Sebastian.

Love, love , love Fire At Will. Your sharing is exactly the same as what I think about it. Sticky gourmand vanilla, but something about it makes it so airy. Realistic vanilla but not cloying; on the contrary, easy to wear on Spring, Fall and Winter time.
I've discovered Jovoy's fragrances from your videos and last year I finally bought Psychedelique and now I have some more fragrances on my wishlist. I've liked Remember me, Incident diplomatique, Pavillon rouge and Les jeux sont faits and now I am also curious to sample the others. Thank you for the video!

I love all of these fragrances, each one is unique.
Plus the bottle presentation ranks as one of the best imo.
I grew up in Bourbon country, and it brings to mind a decantor!
The liquid just a different kind of fabulous.
I stated this on a previous Jovoy ranked video… 21 Conduit St is my first one from the house and I was amazed at the longevity and how good it smells. If it’s this low on the list, I can’t wait to try others. Quickly becoming one of my favorite houses

Granted I've only smelled six of these and I've since acquired four. I think they're all top shelf and unique among the brand. If I were to rank them I would have to base it on the frequency of use since I love them all.. My top four would be:
1. 21 Conduit St.
2. Psychadelique
3. La Liturge Des Heures
4. Incident Diplomatique

Love this house and thanked u already for introducing this house to us! I'm absolutely heartbroken to see Pavillon Rouge ranked so low though! Which is my favourite from the line. :( Also i feel like Incident Diplomatique is not unisex tbh. It's very cigarette smoking type smell so unless someone extremely bold, i can't imagine a woman wearing it. I love it but still found it challenging and i try to find right occasion/weather to wear it.. Psychedelic is great also! Private label , the Les Jeux sont Faits, La Liturgie des Heures unfortunately didn't impress me much! Tried Rose Millesimee also and was underwhelming. Still have to smell other ones to see if i like any.

I had a strange experience with psychedelique. Didn't like it at all a few month ago, tried the same sample again recently and loved it.

I just received my decant of Fire at Will after getting a sample from Lucky Scent. It's beautiful. I'm a vanilla lover but my favorite remains Tihota. Nevertheless this is very well done and I will enjoy wearing it.

Have you tried Rouge Assassin? Oh my God I love it so much! It has a slight Orris root makeup smell with the most fantastic musk base I've ever smelled! I'm so in love!

Excellent rundown of the jovoy house. I'm not the biggest fan of vanilla but I'll check Fire at will out. I do enjoy Psychedelique and Incident Diplomatique. I like Private Label too but find it a bit too much to wear.

Fire at will is my favorite vanilla currently! It beat tihota for me. The mimosa note really adds a little prettiness to it.
This one I know I would love but won’t let myself buy because I have too many! A more straightforward vanilla,,, my favorite but I can’t add another one :)
I got decant of Fire At Will. I LOVE IT! ❤️ I plan on purchasing a full bottle before I finish the decant. I'll probably wear it alot this spring and summer. I already have Psychedelique that I wear in fall and winter. Great video!

How strong is the vetiver in the dry down? I'm sorry to say, but I strongly dislike vetiver, at least so far. Always smells like desiccated vegetation to me lol. I do enjoy niche vanillas, though, and I was wanting to sample this from LuckyScent but if the vetiver really stands out...I'm not too sure.
@@DarlingNikki2 I really didn't pick up the vetiver. To me, it's mostly vanilla and flowers. I don't like vetiver either. So there isn't enough there to make it off putting for me. It's blended very well. If you're concerned about that, make sure you get a sample.

I've recently discovered that if I layered some vanilla scent on top of "la liturgie des heures" it turns out absolutely beautiful! (My guilty unholy alliance: la Liturgie des Heures + Victoria secret bare vanilla body mist!)

Is Jovoy's "Psychedelique" similar to V Canto's "Mea Culpa"? I tried a sample of "Mea Culpa" and I truly enjoy that fragrance.

Glad you like this release Sebastian. I was rather disappointed with it. I find it smells pretty generic and vanilla candley. Not my thing I guess. It also reminded me of some Comptoir Sud Pacifique fragrances and I wasn't surprised to learn they were made by the same perfumer. Love Jovoy though :-)

Yeah, not the biggest fan. I'm not sure what variety of vanilla you call that. Eau duelle might be my favorite of that style. I'm more attracted to syrupy smoky vanillas.
L’art de la guerre, fire at will and 21 conduit st are my faves from this house, so far, but can’t stand psychedelique, smells like moldy cardboard boxes that been kept in the attic for millennia 😅

Private Label does not have leather in the notes! It has birch, which hints at leather, but I’d say patchouli and vetiver are the main players! Birch in this case makes private label rather smoky to me

To my nose, Fire At Will smells very similar to Vanitas but the latter fragrance sits closer to the skin.
