I'm curious as to how he has avoided lawsuits based on sample clearances. Sampling has been around since about the 70's or 80's but litigation in the audio industry has grown so since the 90's. There are so many great emerging sampling artists. I personally find it stupid but we all know how big labels get with their copyrights.
My guess is he records midi through his sp into ableton because of how easy it is to do realtime effects, maybe mixes in ableton too. From the looks of things he was just using FL to do drum patterns etc, but idk... I was really wondering the same thing and tryna work it out

hes underground, so its very easy to avoid lawsuits. especially if u give away sampled beats for free, u wont get sued
