After watching your video, on what you did with the pen springs, you had me interested! I subscribed immediately! I currently have a TRX-4 sport that I am looking into doing what you just showed in the video! Just Built a VS4-10 ultra, just finished painting it. Looking forward to your future videos! Just love guy’s like yourself, that think outside of the box!
Thank you! There’s plenty coming up with my crazy ideas in. I’ve been going a bit mad with 3D printing recently, enjoying the challenge of the design and R&D so much
Check out my latest video for converting a G500 RTR to a Scattergun. There's other videos and livestreams where it's been worked on too. Buy one now, you won't regret it!
Thank you for alot of info on this chasis. What braces or length are you using in-between the shocks for support? And how did the Brazin skid do as far as fitment?
I’m using 80mm alu stand offs cut down to either 76 or 72mm depending on my build. Brazin skid was fine although I’ve got another video where I drill it to fit. I’ve since designed my own skid which is working much better for me
What sliders are you running? I've got the scattergun v2 and just ordered the INTHEWORKS slides. Hoping there compatible? Justscaling they almost look the same?
@@JustScalin yes I'm running there INTHEWORKS TRX4 flat belly AS WELL. Running the axe 540 2300kv which I think you have the 550axe it looked. Thanks for response and keep up the great videos my guy.
That’s still a pretty awesome chassis. I was wanting a Brazin but they didn’t ship to the UK. The Scattergun has been immense though so definitely don’t regret it
Very interested in this build make more videos please and thank you.
Thanks! There’s two videos on the shell and I did an update video last night when something broke. What do you want to see more of?
Very Interested to see more build videos on this! Thank you for the videos so far.
Funnily enough I printed new wheels and an updated skid for it and have new lighter rails coming so hopefully more content in the future :)
Ah you reminding me back in the days the flat rail trucks awesome awesome thank you for sharing 🤙🏻🔥😎🔥👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Flat rail trucks are the future (again) :)

I ordered my frame last night
Man great video on your build!!!
Very nice. 🍻
Great build and video.
Will this chassis support the stock TRX4 skid?
Nice mod to your TRX4.. looks very capable.. 😉👍🏼
For sure! It’s come a long way since this video too so probably about time I remade it
@@JustScalin sounds like a good idea.. the beauty of RC is we could do whatever we want to it and it doesn't go out of fashion. 😄
Need forward torque transfer on the rear axle. This would force the front end counter climb.
I would love to learn more about the pen spring shocks
They are normal shocks with the pen spring mod shown on other vids I have
I want to build one would love to see some insights!

@@JustScalin thank you for the quick reply and great info! Gained a sub!
Nice build...where can i get those parts?
The rails are from www.nwscalerdesigns.com the rest is local hobby shops, HobbyKing and direct from GPM
Are you using the stock transmission skid plate?
What sliders are you running? I've got the scattergun v2 and just ordered the INTHEWORKS slides. Hoping there compatible? Justscaling they almost look the same?
Yeah they are the intheworks one. I’ve got a new motor mount and can run their skid but want to double check ESC and battery placement first

@@ghostmorrill thanks! Yeah mines the 550 3300kv, but swapping to a HH Revolver Snubnose v2 and Castle SW4 esc this week
How wide are your spacets in mm if you can i need help this truck conversion has had me rdy to cry lol
80mm on that truck
I need those spacers im pinching frame hard
I wish I knew about this before I bought a belly dragger chassis.
What chassis did you get?
@@JustScalin TGH Holmes chassis. It was the cheapest option in a package deal with a trams and T-case. I wanted the Brazin chassis.
That’s still a pretty awesome chassis. I was wanting a Brazin but they didn’t ship to the UK. The Scattergun has been immense though so definitely don’t regret it
It is a good chassis, now im just wondering if I buy a Capra kit or an scx10.3 kit to scavenge the axles.
What brace size are you using??
70-72mm depending on build
People think supper soft spring rate is Best. No ! Need spring pressure to force the other side to the ground.
Can this chassis accommodate cantilever?
Can’t see why not, although there is a truggy version with the rear hoops removed too
Why is your website so hard to find
