I probably could, but you will have to trim the bell housing.

Did you measure the original L24 oil pan depth compared to this pan? Curious if the 3700 being shorter would fit under the hood without any mods

I have a 3700 pan on it now and I had to modify the cross member manly because of the rack hitting the pan.

You could probably have someone make you a flush oil filler cap out of some billet instead of shaving the valve cover.
