میری محبوب کہیں اور ملا کر مجھ سے بزم شاہی میں غریبوں کا گزر کیا معنی؟ ثبت جس راہ میں ہوں سطوتِ شاہی کے نشاں اس پہ الفت بھری روحوں کا سفر کیا معنی؟ میری محبوب پس پردۂِ تشہیرِ وفا تو نے سطوت کے نشانوں کو تو دیکھا ہوتا
نہایت پست نظم ہے! مرقعِ جمال کو دیکھ کر جس آدمی کو اس میں دولت کا اسراف نظر آتا ہے وہ ایک پھوہڑ اور بے ذوق آدمی ہے۔اپنی محبوبہ سے ملنے اگر کوئی غریب الدیار آدمی تاج محل جیسے شاہکار کے سامنے ہو تو اسے ساحر جیسے غصیلے جذبات بہا نہیں لے جائیں گے بلکہ فن اسکی محبت کے تجربے کو وسیع و عریض کرے گا اسکے معانی اور گہرائی میں اضافہ کرے گا۔آپ کی قرآت بہت خوبصورت ہوتی ہے اور انتخاب بھی لیکن یہاں آپ اچھا انتخاب نہیں کر سکے۔
شاعر کو ایسا حاسد اور بد ذوق نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔ یہ شعر اک شہنشاہ نے دولت کا سہارا لے کر ہم غریبوں کی محبت کا اڑایا ہے مذاق تیسرے درجہ کی شاعری ہی نہیں، بلکہ خود اپنی ہی محبت کی توہین بھی ہے۔
Pointedly rubbish poem!! He should not have forgotten that his very existence was because of those rulers. He became very rich by working for Bollywood industry. He wrote this poem to please his desi masters.
