Thank you for posting this great video, really helpful on those often fiddly rusted up sensors that have been there since the Titanic sunk, and like the ill Fated Ship, they're not budging!! please do continue posting more great videos, 🙂👍

2011 Tacoma sensor snapped off when removing it. Your fix worked PERFECTLY! Thank you so much!
    Cheers from Vancouver, Canada. 🙂

Blowtorch + Screw until red hot then quickly screw in (carefully!) into the plastic broken part. Let it cool until hard, then slowly pull whole thing out

If you drill an additional, smaller hole towards the edge of the broken sensor, you relieve the vacuum behind it, making it much easier to pull it out with the screw.

Sounds like a good idea - you'd need to be very careful you don't damage the side of the hole, and that you don't introduce debris inside where the hub shaft is.

Bless ya, luv - having this exact issue with a stuck sensor, didn’t think to try vice grips! Thanks!

Small slide hammer gripped onto the screw works well too.

This is great. Very clear. Worked like a charm. Bonus: Saved my neighbors from hearing me swear even more!

Just replaced my Abs sensor a week ago just drilled it out quickly not to wasting time putting a screw in there because it's too rusty and doesn't work like a charm.

Should probably spray some brake cleaner to try cleaning out that hole
