Have been doing 3 sets a day for one week and it's making me feel awful, head pressure, pressure behind right eye/ear and noise sensitive. Will this pass? I have PPPD and possible vestibular damage. Its hard to tell if the brain is processing the moves or not
For PPPD you’ll likely need more specific exercises. I would discontinue the exercises for now until you can connect with a functional neurologist to direct care. You could also try significantly slowing down the reps as that is a common cause of increased symptoms.
It depends, but normally doing them 3-4x/day shows the greatest amount of change. I have patients do them every day until symptoms abate or until the exercises need to be changed/progressed.
I do these for parkinson's, thanks for your video
This is the first exercise I’ve done that actually targets the position that makes me see double!!!!! Very interesting!!
Thanks for the information. It will help me I hope ...I have this problem
I was taught to do this the fast way, may have been why they didn't work.. will try the slow movements
Interesting, I see some doctors say you need to do these exercises at a faster pace.
This make me dizzy when I look from side to side 😩😷
How about Saccadic Intrusions?
How do I get the dot chart?
I'm afraid to do this exercise wrong. Are there more exercises you can share that can help?
This is a great place to start for most people, just make sure to start by going slow and not doing too many each day!
3:23 pause it here

How often do you recommend we do these exercises per day? per week? Etc

can i do this for dysconjugate eye movement? because I've had concussion.
But after 10 seconds, you only do one repetition?
Will this help my “ vestibular weakness / dizziness “??
It's hard to say without knowing exactly what's going on, but this is a therapy we use often for vestibular rehabilitation and dizziness.
why do not they traslate it in spanish?
what bad done should not be so.... grrrrr
