    This is the first exercise I’ve done that actually targets the position that makes me see double!!!!! Very interesting!!

    I was taught to do this the fast way, may have been why they didn't work.. will try the slow movements

      This is a great place to start for most people, just make sure to start by going slow and not doing too many each day!

    Have been doing 3 sets a day for one week and it's making me feel awful, head pressure, pressure behind right eye/ear and noise sensitive. Will this pass? I have PPPD and possible vestibular damage. Its hard to tell if the brain is processing the moves or not

      For PPPD you’ll likely need more specific exercises. I would discontinue the exercises for now until you can connect with a functional neurologist to direct care. You could also try significantly slowing down the reps as that is a common cause of increased symptoms.

    How often do you recommend we do these exercises per day? per week? Etc

      It depends, but normally doing them 3-4x/day shows the greatest amount of change. I have patients do them every day until symptoms abate or until the exercises need to be changed/progressed.

      It's hard to say without knowing exactly what's going on, but this is a therapy we use often for vestibular rehabilitation and dizziness.
