when i got the game last summer i wanted to test my ARPG chops and did a blind playthrough. ended up with an avalanche shaman and cleared all monos pretty comfortably, once i was pushing some corruption i decided to check on what other people were doing with the skill. no one was doing anything with the skill or class. i am beyond excited for a 'nostalgic' rebuild with the new buffs!
Ah, so thats why my ignite glyph of dominion did so much damage. I had no idea transcribers grave was giving 7x pen cause i was trying to figure out why that sword gave so much dmg for the longest time...
How come many of these builds arent on maxroll? I was so disappointed when I was on the site and thought that certain classes had no "good" build but this vid proved that wrong! Theres so many!
Is there a build that's the complete polar opposite of the one shown at 27:55? Meaning, a build with more involved mechanics and funner/more engaging play style? A lot of them tend to be a single/couple button presses, in my experience. Kind of a bummer for those not looking to just see a bunch of lights on screen without paying attention 😅
I played zoo necromancer for 1.0 and I think doing either necrotic, fire, frost damage is still playable to like 500 corruption. With the new unique "Scales of Lemniscate", I do want to try necrotic melee damage zoo necro again.
What about the Wraithlord build? Is it starter-friendly? I know it requires a unique, but it's relatively easy to farm, and leveling with wraiths seems manageable. Thanks for sifting through so many builds and providing great insights!
I'm thinking about league starting wraithlord, you said the nerfs wernt enough, is this still a strong 300 corruption build or would I be better off going for summon scorpion?
kind of want to try channeling sorcerer skills, is it so that Twisted Hearth does not work with channeling (counts only as one cast)? Could you do review of Channgeling skills Fireball, Elemental Nova, Disintegrate, Lightning Blast etc. now that they seem more viable. Example channeled Elemental Nova Spark Charge or Fire Ball Spark Charge.
Why do you recommend Storm Bear for 1.1 and not Shield throw when you pushed Shield throw to a much higher corruption for the 2 day challenge? FG was also buffed.
So I pushed FG higher not because it was easier but because I was still trying to figure out what an acceptable amount was to push and I deemed 300c was better as I could get more work done. The Storm bear is going to easily go over 1k with investment, not even a question. Especially with Seed Of Ekkidros existing.
Same. On mobile, YT doesn't break up the vid. Replicated issue with official app, ad-block app and from within Chrome itself. Links in description works though.
I have to out things like that because people's feelings are sensitive when I recommend people fun builds instead of meta builds so I put it there just to satisfy their fragile egos.

Are these recommendations based on the new patch notes or the past? Poison skelly rogues got a lot of buffs. Looks solid imo.
The biggest problem with them is their survivability. Warriors get 75% more health which is invaluable. Using rogues = constantly resummoning them
