- Good morning ya. I wanted to show you this Jawar ki roti. Jawar is packed with nutrients and high in fibre, so it'll keep you feeling full for longer. Plus, it's great for your bone health!

Ingredients: Jawar flour, warm water. Use 1 cup of flour for 2 rotis.

Hello ma'am iam from Karnataka belgaum and we make jowar rotis at home...you did it well only thing was after you place the roti on the hot tawa and then take a small piece of cloth dip it in water and smear it on one side of the roti and then you flip it the other side ...and then again flip it and slightly press on the edges and they rise up like puris ...thank you for sharing jawar bhakari what we call it here ❤❤lots of love and blessings to you ma'am 😊

Instead of water apply jowr four to your hands while making roti... water is applied on roti because of dry flour.. if water applied roti will be soft.. enjoyed your recipe 👍👍
