      You're right, but this is K'sante,🤔 a champ with 4700 HP, 329 armour, 201 mage resistance. He have unstoppable🤚,shield👌,and can get through walls✌. He has CC 🤙with only one second cool down✊ and 15 mana👍. He can even refresh his W 👈and deals true damage by changing his posture✌. Also,he can get skill 👐and q's acceleration and attack😰 by gaining armour and mage resistance😨. W is like👊🏿😭👊🏿 aaaaaaaaaaaa🖐😭🤚

    The idea of K'sante being a fighter when he changes stance would have been so dope, but Riot has a nasty habit of thinking that every solo lane champion should have 1 vs 9 capabilities...

      Thats what a Solo Carry Type Character is meant to be and they always Did. Renekton, Riven, Irelia, Jax, Shen, Poppy, Ornn, Darius, Sett, Gwen, Fiora and many more Top Laners work this way. Thats why this isolated lane is Match Up dependent. Every One of these Champs has insane Combat Value, in many different ways and get countered from other to strong combat Champs. Thats why Pantheon and Galio Support and Sett and Irelia Mid got nerfed, because logically other Roles do not have this much Combat Power then Top Laners. Riots dedicated Role System is a flawed System and it shows from all fronts!

      Kled's passive is also toxic and should be reworked. Ksant should just be deleted from the game along with yumi and yone.

    When I first saw ksante I thought he was a really cool throwback champ, simple and stocky. But then going against him a few times I realised he is just yasuos long lost third wind brother with a thousand dashes a 2 second cd C and just spams abilities taking no damage

      Nilah is closest but since Ksante q is legit a 2 second cool down and hitting it twice creates a wind effect thay deals CC he is for sure the closest relative to yasuo and yone

    9:58 It clicked for me here that with Gnar, when you have the playstyle change from little guy who kites and chips away at you, with some tankiness and mobility, to big beefy tank with CC who wants to get in the middle of the entire team as much as possible, your lesser form still has the benefits of the items that you pick for your tankiness in mega form, and you can still get use out of them because it makes you more surviveable in mini form and minor HP scaling, but all these positives are mitigated by the fact that Gnar doesn't have full control over his transformation. There is, however, skill expression in being able to manage your rage as a resource to only have it pop at the time you need so that you aren't stuck trying to rebuild it from going mega too early.

      yeah, like, K'sante is like Gnar,
      but each form takes 100% benefit of items in the way you want them to, because of stat conversion
      + you can chose to shift IN AND OUT whenever you want...
      (i know his R has a cooldown, but I mean that you can cancel it whenever you want, which has double more control than gnar who can neither choose to enter, nor to exit his form, basically.)

      To be fair the designer of Gnar admitted that he was his biggest mistake with second one being Zeri. Gnar is quite a problematic champion when good so why he has been nerfed hard to be out of pro-play.

      @@ZZValiant Probably will be as next patch the items don't work well for him. Stoneplate is being removed which was turbo broken on K'sante

    After ulting, K'Sante still has all the defensive passive from items, making it a bit extra-tanky with extra control abilities (like Frozen Heart and Frozen Gauntlet). Riot really didn't consider how broken this champ would be.

      Anywhere outside professional play, he is dogshit useless

    I think it would be better if instead of swapping into a skirmisher he switched into a juggernaut, so he would loose less deffensive stats and thus gain less dmg and omnivamp

      @@SamElZombie i mean that what is considered a juggernaut normally doesn't have dashes, whilst vanguard and most warden tanks have, which would make this a very weird thing to design, it's certainly possible, but it makes no sense with k'sante design

    As a Garen main I just find it funny that K'Sante, despite being a scaling tank, actually does worse into Garen the longer the game goes on
    Garen with no R: K'Sante favored, his dashes and Q poke make it easy to outplay him
    Rank 1 Garen R: if K'Sante couldn't or didn't R before Garen hit 6, there's little incentive to use it in lane now aside from repositioning and then immediately turning it off
    Rank 2 Garen R: K'Sante should hold R for roams/teamfights, once lane is over he is not the best option to split against Garen
    Rank 3 Garen R: Using K'Sante R is now quite literally suicide if Garen is anywhere nearby, which neuters his teamfight capabilities
    Especially if Garen takes ignite, I see some beautiful irony in the high skill-cap "skirmisher tank" hard losing to one of the most noob-friendly bruisers in the game lol

      k'sante can litteraly beat garen in tank form in lane all he needs is to play safe not giving garen money advantage and then buy iceborn gauntlet

K'Sante lowers his health with his R and I think the interaction between Garen R and K'Sante R is that the removed health counts towards his missing health. Not to mention Garen has one of the only remaining point-and-click silences in the entire game...

      @@99temporal Riven can win almost any matchup if she plays it clean, some are hard some are easy tho. I am just trying to say that you cant really outplay a Garen and he cant really outplay you in return so he just Q E R into your face and your 35 dashes and 6 CCs didnt Help xD

    In competitive pokemon we call that role compression. Landorus-T is the most notorious example of that as he can do so many different things his popularity has reached 70% at one point, which is unheard of. That being said, none of the things Lando-T does are broken, so he was never banned. However, being possibly the most versatile pokemon in the game makes him reach unprecedent levels of popularity.
    He has high damage, good speed, average defensive stats but one of the best defensive types in the game, one of the best defensive abilities in the game and access to a number of useful moves. Moves like U-turn and Knock-off are damaging attacks, but mostly used for their utility. Which its high attack, Lando-T offers the utility of both moves and have relevant chip while he is at it. His high base attack also makes his Earthquakes hurt even with little offensive investment. On top of that, he has a wide range of useful utility moves. None of the things he do are particularly exclusive to him, its the fact he does it all that makes him stand out.
    K'sante seems to follow a similar logic. The difference being that League isn't a turn based game so role compression may have a different implication

      Pokemon is a different thing. Alot of Pokemons gameplay is predicting the enemys movesets, so Pokemon with many viable roles already have an edge there over one-dimensional Pokemon with only one viable strategy.
      In LoL on the other Hand you dont have this mindgame level. And even if a champion is able to run many builds, it is often easy to tell by the runes already what they are going to do (except for maybe multi role champions in the draft)
      Tldr: i Think Ksantes dominance and Landos dominance are different things

      @@goragarxHonestly Lando bring back hella memories of playing Pokémon Showdown and when you already had 5 members not matter what you needed to complete the team Lando was almost always the best options it was a crazy but fun time

      The main difference is that Lando-T can do many things, but if he wants to do multiple at once, he's going to be average at all of them. That's why it's a "role compressor", you can forsake part of his damage in order to have the tankyness + utility, but that way you have both a defensive check to some mon sand a way to set Stealth Rock (and in previous gens, Defog or whatever).
      Ksante on other hands excells at all the things he does. He's no lando T, he's Zamazenta-C, which brings both insane tankiness while having both very high speed and attack that rivals most OU offensive threat. And he does both at same time.

    K'Sante kinda has the Tracer (Overwatch) or Nurse (Dead By Daylight) effect, where they're extremely hard but extremely broken, which means the devs are caught in a catch 22. Do they try and reward the skill and effort put into the character, or do they nerf the character for the sake of balance?

      @@emiyaann4688 Sombra is pretty strong rn in pro play, but Tracer has been consistently broken, not just in OW2, but in all of OW1 as well bar GOATS

      I'd replace Tracer with Widow for this example. Widow is broken so long as the player has good aim. I agree with the Nurse.

    K’Sante reminds me a bit of Happy Chaos from Guilty Gear Strive
    You spend a large amount of your time resource trying to place yourself at an advantage, and when you do he switches his whole archetype around to one where his previous disadvantage state IS his advantage state

    Dont forget he also is pretty mobile and with a knock in, getting away from him is pretty difficult. So you have a tank that can gap close pretty easily and at a moments notice turn into a damage dealer to beat your ass

    I would love to see an "Everything Wrong With" for Yi and Shaco. Both champs spend so much time either invisible or un-targetable that it makes fighting or planning a strategy around them near impossible, and oftentimes there is nothing you can to to stop them from just walking up and killing you without repercussions.

      Yi was really fine and acceptable before they overbuffed him when they "Mini Reworked" him in S12
      Still, I prefer face a Yi than K'Sante

    also a thing to mention is normally with tank items, they have massive effects early on but fall off when you hit 4th/5th item because of the armor and mr dmg res diminishing returns but with ksante they will always give him a big spike in power due to the scalings in all out

    I feel they really missed on the "Monster hunter theme" While he's clearly inspired and the trailer had alot of references, he doesnt feel like a monster hunter champion, which makes me sad

    i think you could definitely make more episodes on this topic because they're very interesting. But i feel like you should balance out the "complaints" or "highlighting of problematic design" by making a second video for each character called "how i would fix X" that way it feels more like an actual discussion.

      The problem is that vars is a player, not a game designer. It is common knowledge for game designers that players are very good at knowing what is and isn't fun, but are hilariously bad at suggesting balance changes. Players have no idea of what the vison or the constraints are for any given problem and thus any suggested solutions often lead to worse problems in other areas. Eg. if you "fix" yuumi by removing the attatch mechanic and adding a cc cause shes now more vulnerable you just get lulu 2.0. Poke skillshot that slows enemy, shield that gives onhit bonus, cc on basic ability, and aoe cc ult that heals team.

      Players are not at the service of the devs, its the devs who are at the service of the player, now,: players can and do say a lot of stuff that they have no idea about and fundamentally it's wrong, and devs must uphold their vision of the game they want to make (ie: if From Software listened to whining normies Elden ring wouldn't have been such a good game)
      But its also true that when something it's overwhelming unfun to play with, as, or against it's the fault of the dev and they should find a way to fix it, (Again in Elden ring case: they reworked Poise, added easy to access character customization, fast travel from the get go, and more)
      Not everyone cares and plays because they want to reach emerald, some just want to play and have fun and when someone else sucks that fun out they may just leave for another game and never come back, that's how many games die, and keep diying: when a dev it's too stubborn to realise something it's far more detrimental rather than just "balance issue", games should be fun first and foremost, remember that.

    Are you planning on doing a video about champion difficulty and it's rewards? Like, is it fair that just because a champion is more difficult to play they get to just win more or outdamage you without the possibility of you doing anything?

      This is an interesting topic. I would also like a video talking about it.
      I'm not sure if there's much to say, though, especially with how Riot themselves don't understand the difference between skill-floor and skill-cap. Katarina (the AD-on-hit-bruiser type) is so absurdly easy that a lobotomized oyster could play her and be effective enough to win some games (all her damage is point-and-click or huge-ass AoE, she has good mobility and her build makes her hard to kill between HP, lifesteal and Sunderer procs), but people with actual hands can also build her AP and style on everyone. Despite this, Riot still consider her a "high-skill" champion despite her actual ease of use with the Definitely Not Jax build.
      Similarly, Yuumi is unga-bunga however you play or build her, but Riot still think she's reasonably hard because "well if you position badly you die", unlike every other full-enchanter support or mobility-less mage or adc.
      At the other end of the spectrum, champions like Fiora, Irelia, Riven, the Windshitters and Gangplank are allowed to be stupidly overpowered (not necessarily right now, but they have been in the past) due to being difficult, which gives them an extremely toxic pattern of "solo-win or hard-feed". We all know the "0/10 Yasuo powerspike" meme, but the same can be said of any one of the champions I listed above. I remember just before the durability patch, Irelia was at a 51% winrate for a short while. That probably seems innocuous at first, but high-skill champions normally have skewed negative winrates because of all the players first-timing them or not mastering them who hard-feed their first few games. A "healthy" high-skill champion should have between 46-48% winrate, and even 48% is rather high, especially in lower elos. Irelia being at 51% winrate would be like Garen being at 56-57% winrate, which most reasonable people would consider abslutely terrifying. Riot, on the other hand, did nothing about it until the durability update.

      The problem is that his R truly fucking sucks.

    I wonder how much it would help if all out E didn’t give a shield.
    The rest of his all out abilities lose out on utility:
    Q slow and W knockback
    So it would make sense for that to apply to his E as well.

      Look, if this change renders him too weak, mission accomplished.
      The whole point here is that Ksante has too much utility in both forms, so if we want to preserve as much as possible the solution seems to me to be to reduce utility as much as possible.
      So now if he goes all out he can't protect his allies. If we need to compensate for the nerf, that's perfect because it means we can sharpen his stance change gimmick, making Ksante more unique and interesting rather than less.
      Design is more important than balance after all. We can tweak numbers easily, the mechanics are the hard part.

    Problem is he has insane omnivamp and cc and mobility and dmg reduction and tankyness on demand. If his ult turned him into a slightly weak bruiser and not a very strong one, without omnivamp he would be fine, instead he as you said gets 100% of each form + omnivamp, which means he can hyper carry aswell. His playstyle is also very annoying as he spams so many abilities that its impossible to do anything against him, you cant move, you are cced, he outheals you, you cant deal dmg to him. Its insane.

    The fact that he was inspired by Monster Hunter and they didnt implement the durability aspect of weapons irk me. They could make so that he track a durability bar. When that bar exhausted, his batons turn into blades, similar to how Gnar transform.

    Another problem with him, is that (as far as I know) he still has a bugged interaction with Jak'sho that has been in place since RELEASE. For some reason, his ultimate doesnt convert the bonus resists he gets from Jak'sho's passive, which means he is still insanely tanky while dealing percent max health true damage.
    EDIT: I should be clear that I actually LOVE K'sante's design, even if it is broken. I am personally committed to making him work, even if it requires some changes, but I honestly think the easiest way to make him less volatile would be to have a half-and-half approach. Make his ult BOTH a stim, AND a conversion, and that way, regardless of item metas, you can always tune K'sante's ult reliably. That said, they could also make him just deal regular percent max health, or regular true damage in ult, instead of both.

    I think the real solution (as it so often is) is that the distinctions between his forms need to be drastic. His tank form should do less damage than other tanks and his all out form should strip him of defensive tools like W damage reduction or the shield from his E forcing him to be an unusually squishy skirmisher. by highlighting the weakness of each form, the differences between them become more drastic (and therefore more meaningful and exploitable by opponents).

    While I really enjoy your more speculative videos on the last few champs immeadite after they come out, as i really value your option on them and what they mean for the state of league, i have really missed the post release looks at their effects on the game. This video was awesome and really filled in that nice i had been missing for a champ i was especially weary of. im a tank player by trade and i have a particular distain for skirmishers, divers, and assasins, i remember seeing ksante's trailer and thinking it was sick, i love his aesthetic and weapons but i cannot express how disappointed i was at the ability reveal.

    he just got the spotlight on a larger issue that many champions currently have, having tons of damage without being squishy enough to justify it. It seems obvious that the higher the damage output, the more punishable the champion should be but apparently it isn’t obvious to Riot and the most un-fun champions to face are the ones that go against this (Garen, Malphite, etc…)

    This is probably the most disappointed I've been in a champion. I think he would have been far more compelling if for every attack and Q usage, his weapons splintered slightly, increasing his damage while lowering his defenses to a cap. Then after retreating out of combat for a short while, his weapons "heal" and he regains defenses, but loses attacking power.

      I wish they could.
      If tanks have no damage, then there's no reason to ever play them cause they just get ignored (see pre rework mundo which was completely useless).
      For how league works, tanks *need* damage in order to have any reason to exist over bruisers.
      Of course, Ksante is a... special case, but removing damage from tanks would equal to make them completely useless and just get completely ignored, kited away, or negated by enchanter support preventing any of their CC.

    I consider myself a Ksante main at the moment.
    What first drew me to Ksante was a couple of things:
    1. His theme is kickass.
    2. His animations and sound effect are amazing. Especially when he goes All Out, then his animations are badass!
    3. I like playing tanks for the most part, so when Riot announced Ksante as a "High skill top lane tank" (Their own words), i was of course interested.
    4. It shall be no secret that im a gold player, even if i rarely ever play ranked, so i was terrible with Ksante to begin with. However, as seen in the above reasons, none of those are gamplay/numbers related, so even as i died over and over, i still felt myself having fun playing the champion. I also find the feeling of basically saying: "Thats it, now you die!", to be exhilarating, as i vibe check someone through a wall and go beast mode on their arse.
    At the end of the day, i cannot deny some of the valid criticism thrown his way, my reason for maining him is the simplest: im having fun. Outside of going berserk on someone, i also enjoy the tanking/peeling aspects of his kit. For example; if a Zed tries to assassinate my ADC, i can hurry to their aid by giving them a small shield and pushing Zed away from them. Its a good feeling being a teamplayer, in my opinion.

    I respect riot maxwell for his tendency to break the mold with his champs, I think ksante is quite cool but he breaks parts of the mold that are fundamental to why he’s making he also make yuumi so two of his champs are an enchanter that can’t be targeted first and can be played by another player with their feet in ranked and win, and ksante is a rank with a ton of dashes and enough damage to one shot

    In my opinion, the biggest problem with K'Sante that you didn't even mention was that him ulting takes him down to his new max health threshold, no matter his starting health.
    Say the imaginary numbers are 5000 max health, with his all-out max health being 2500. If he ults at 5000 health, it cuts him down to 2500. If he ults at 2500 health, though, it keeps him at 2500 rather than a proportional reduction. This basically means NONE of the damage you deal to K'Sante in tank form even matters, since he was just waiting to get that low to enter his second phase anyways. That's maybe the most broken mechanic used by K'Sante players and one of the biggest reasons he's so much more dominant in pro play.

    It's just an idea, as much as I hate to suggest that but I think Qiyana fits quite well into this series. She is an assassin with almost only AoE damage sources (imo her Ultimat could be considered a super ultimate). I love her playstyle but sometimes it feels like her kit is kind of overwhelming because the damage she can cause by simply hitting like 2 or 3 people with her R

      i would consider her one of the champions who breaks the rules of their class. assassins have incredible frontloaded damage that can delete squishies in an instant, but that is supposed to be balanced out by being mostly single target. qiyana can use that frontloaded damage against the entire enemy team. techincally evelynn can delete the entire enemy team by pressing R, but that requires them to be dumb enough to bunch up together on low health, and her Q (the other AoE move she has) is not enough to soften them up

    I am pretty pleased with the release of naafiri so far. She felt challenging to learn and her pack is just the right amount of squishy so you have enough counterplay. As an adc main I prefer her over so many other assassins or fighter champs. Also her design is cool and her lore is realized very well.

    You touched on this a little but I wanted to also add. K'sante maintaining the scaling on tank items after going all out means that no other champion benefits from them like he does. This includes the damaging tank items, which I feel shouldn't be underestimated. Not only does he still keep the full effect of defensive tank item benefits, but the full effect of heartsteel, sunfire, and titanic. And honestly, how bad is it already that he still fully utilizes stoneplate shield, warden's mail damage reduction, thornmail, while converting the stats from tank items into damage. As someone who's thought a lot about how league can fix the state of tanks right now, K'sante truly disgusts me

      Besides, this is just tanks with resist scaling taken to it's logical extreme.

    Playing against perma CC tank is bad enough, but most games these day end within 30 minutes, meaning tank items reign supreme over damaging ones. I feel like you need at least double the amount of items a Ksante have in order to have at least a chance of fighting against him, which again, never going to happen because tank items are cheap. I'm glad counter strike exists, it rescued me from the awful experience of playing against tanks that also happen to delete your health bar at 1 item.

    I understand the frustration but Ksante has been the most fun to play tank,voli and ornn come to mind as well. His kit requires you to be active, hasdecent early and scales well, doesn't auto lose to fighters and ranged toplaners or adc like the rest of the tanks (except ornn),can carry games,can be countered fairly easy by simple champs(Garen counters everything he wants to do)

    Honestly I think that when he goes all out, he should keep the same % of health after the drop, and that items stats should refer to his ult hp (when ulting) as well

    he has what i call a "happy chaos effect" where they the strength is how good they are if and ONLY if you are good at them BUT in high elo EVERYONE is good so they become broken

    The thing I think is the issue with all out is that it has incentive to keep it as long as possible, because it shreds max hp, not current hp. Imagine if he had to half his current hp when he uses his r, he can either choose to use it now with all hp, or later with less hp

      I feel like it should cap maxHP but shred current HP. Or it could shred a percentage of both. Or deal a flat amount of damage and shred either one.
      Anything to make it actually something to think about as an ability rather than "oh its CC and i deal more damage afterwards".

    When they had to give Pyke "lethality scaling" so people would stop playing him Full Tank.

    laning against ksante lv 6 and onwards is certaintly an experience :D you fight, you almost win the fight, and suddenly , he CC's u for 5 + seconds and kills u from 100 to 0 hp in that time frame. And you are left just smiling at the fact that you legit had no counterplay as you were cc locked for 5 secs while being oneshotted by a ultra mobility tank :DDDD at least his teamfight presence isnt as good as many other top laners (still good , just not as good)

    i played ap top against ksante, he was 0/3, he bought iceborn, an armor item, and proceeded to beat me up by making at 100 movement speed and spamming whatever he had

    its sad because ksante is really fun. when he came out I played him for quite a while and that was some of the most fun ive had playing in the otherwise dull top lane. I just cant tell if I was having fun because hes both unkillable and deletes people. I love his personality, his lore, his visual design, but hes just so overloaded. its like... riot knows how to make great *characters* but just not great *gameplay*

    Santé should be stuck in his damage stance without damage once he burnt it.
    Like he is a tank. Stance switch squirmisher. But the auto attack damage buff only last for a bit.
    Leaving him without damage once he didn't have the auto damage buff, and used all abilities. But still "stuck" in his damage stance without the defence. He can switch back obviously but if it's on a couldown he will either have to wait, or have to manage his abilities better.

    Ksante is basically a malphite rework
    A reforming weapon? Yeah that's just malphite but smaller
    My ideas on malphite rework
    P/passive: Molten Cover: 35% of armor + 5% of max health will convert into a shield, once it's broken malphite will gain 20/30/40 move speed until his armor reform (8 second of not taking damage from any source), also deals 5% enemy max health as magic damage per second if enemy is close enough
    Just like Zac but with armor, more armor the bigger you'll be ( also 35% of armor will give you MR)
    Q ( is now a skill shot like ezreal Q) Seismic Shard: Malphite sends a shard of earth dealing 70/120/170/200/270 (40% of armor) in shield form the rock can go through minions and monster, knocking everything away until it hits a champion knocking them back for 0.2 second then slows them down by 20% for 1 second. in molten form, it's much faster and explode on impact, can't go through minions or monster (deals 8% of enemy max health, burns for 2 second dealing 2% of enemy max health magic damage)
    W Earthshaker Malphite's next basic attack within 6 seconds gains 50 increased range and deals 30/40/50/60/70 (+20% bonus armor) (+15% max health) bonus physical damage in Shield form malphite will silence the enemy, in molten form malphite will deal extra (8% of enemy max health as magic damage, also burn enemy for 2% of their max health for 5 second)
    For the next 5 seconds after casting, Malphite's basic attacks cleave enemies in a cone in front of him, dealing 15/25/35/45/55 (+30% armor) (+15% max health) physical damage to enemies hit, Bigger cone in shield form, smaller cone in molten form but gives malphite 15% attack speed
    original E is move to his ult
    E Rock Haul: Malphite will dig the ground immobilizing him, he will now throw a huge chunk of earth that'll deal 80/100/145/180/200 (+60 of armor) (+10 max health) will stun for 2 second if hit directly in shield form, if not it'll shatter to 3 piece to random direction, each piece will deal 50% of the damage, in molten form malphite will throw magma, the rock will melt and stay for 5 second on the ground, dealing 9% of enemy max health ( more armor = more range )
    R Earth shatter Malphite slams the ground dealing 70/110/150/190/230 (+60% Armor) (+30% max health) Knock up nearby enemy then stunning them for 2 second , reducing their Attack Speed by 40/45/50% for 10 seconds.
    This ability gains damage equal to 60% of Malphite's Armor in shield form, in molten form Malphite will instead slam the ground and create a Magma Pool that'll stay for 5/15/20 second (more health and armor = more size) that slows ( like singed glue ) and damage the enemy ( 15% of their max health per second)

    It would require a LOT of work on Riot's behalf, but if they really wanted this sort of champion to work (at least, work better) maybe they should make his items change into unique items when he ults, such as Gargoyle changing from "Gain big shield proportional to HP" to "Gain massive omnivamp proportional to AD" or something. Idk, just an idea.

    As someone who enjoys creating concepts and analizing the design of games, as well as a K'sante player I have mainly 2 issues with his kit.
    1. His all-out W can be charged for too long which gives the enemy very little room to outplay it and allows him to use it as a sort of time-out button in teamfights when combined with its high damage reduction.
    2. His all-out Q3 keeping the displacement makes him too sticky and gives him extra room for error with his dashes cooldown management.
    Now for the W i would simply shorten the max charge time in all-out form. As for the all-out Q either keep the CC without the displacement or change it to a potent slow similar to Kayns W.
    And since these changes hit his survivability in all-out to a degree i would probably buff the resistances he keeps by 5% making it 20% from 15%.

    K´sante should be reworked to just keep his normal abilities Before Stance Switching, and change his ult to "Grabs an enemy champ and drags them to his team"
    Basically, giving him an ult that decides what priority target he wants to take to his team instead of switching his already perfect tank abilities to Assassin abilities, while at the same time going through the risk of having K´sante drag a player his team wouldn´t benefit from having srrouned (A very feed Nasus or 1v5 Darius)

    I think his ult just giving him a bit of a stat buff and the active effect (push back blink) hell even his e becoming more ranged is fine, his passive q and w and stat effectiveness change are the core of the issue

    Well, the idea is certainly not impossible, but you have to make sure that the tank version stays tanky and does little damage while the assassin version stays squishy and does lots of damage. In order to do so, you'll need a function that converts offensive stats into defensive stats and viceversa depending the stance you are, and they didn't even bothered to do so.

    Seems like just changing the ult into a straight up steroid that very slightly empowers abilities would be an easy fix for K'Sante. Overcomplicated to the max though.

    The only two remarks I have in defense is that the percentage on K'sante's max health true damage is lower than Amumu's max health true damage conversion and Camille can also build tanky after divine sunderer and have roughly the same effect of tanky and massive damage. Everything in this video is correct but I find many champions more intrusive in design, or maybe hating on Camille Fiora Irellia and Yone is just me being a tank player.

    Smite had a problem like this with vamana. His autos on his ult and health regen made him dam near unstoppable because of his passive. The armor to damage conversion is a dangerous game.
