Thanks Chris! Am enjoying your rather useful reviews. You could make them even better if you’d show the inside, mention the material of the inside including in the arms (I bought a Belstaff Cosby and the arms are lined with polyester - awful). Also show whether the back is dropped down or not. Keep going
Just bought the Rukka Forsair, unbelievable, amazing, it's like having a refrigerator switched on, suitable for 22 degrees plus, I have Rukka nivala for sub 20 degrees, in between 20 and 22 is a struggle 😂
I gather you think these are all too heavy for wearing in New Orleans, super hot, very humid 24/7 in summer. I need some ultimate hot weather gear tips. I was supposed to email you for advice but I must have wrote your email down wrong because it was returned as incorrectly addressed
You need to show the inside of the jackets! Edit: I bought the Furygan Kenya Evo jacket and I can tell you that it is NOT a summer jacket! It looks good and casual but in hot summer I struggle with it. Mind you, when manufacturers and retailers say summer jacket, they will NEVER tell you in what temperature they tested the jacket. In my opinion and based on my experience, this jacket is good for a spring season with temperatures around 20-25 degrees, but when the heat goes up, you will struggle in this jacket. I tried several "summer" jackets and I still couldn't find one that does the right job. A jacket I couldn't try is one from the Italian Tucano Urbano, it looks good and casual but unfortunately I couldn't find in any online store outside of Europe.
@@motosnape Bullshit, Furygan is a French brand and they advertise this gear as a summer jacket. American gear shops also advertise this jacket as a summer jacket, it's something wrong marketing culture within the factory.
Chris said that it's a good summer jacket, because it is a good summer jacket for the UK. Also, I live in Normandy, Northern France, it's basically British weather with 2-3° on top, Southern France is obviously the Mediterranean climate that you're expecting. I was giving you the perspective of a British/Northern-European biker, I have no interest in defending marketing guys in grey suits. That was pretty aggressive on your part for no reason. Think about calming your tits down. Have a good day.
At 9.25 the Halvarssons jacket being described is manufactured by Lindstrands, ref the logo & the Linstrands official web site for the Lysvik model. Maybe an update required on this vid.
Common misperception black is a hot colour Black is a good radiator if heat the desert nomads wear black so can’t be wrong after centuries of living in hottest conditions
I thought it was a summer jacket review. No mesh. Italy or Spain in the summer, non of those would be a real option. Those are more late spring or early fall jacket then 40c summer day jackets.
I would like to see inside the jackets, looking at the lining

Good, honest reviews. Not sure about the Oliver Twist look, but very glad I’ve just found your channel
Great, timely review. One thing would make it even better: please show the inside lining and pockets.
I got the Rukka and the Lisvyk to go with my Crosby and Segura funky. I've got all the bases covered. Thank you
I’ve had one of those Rokkers for about a year now and I must say it’s well worth it. It reall is ideal in all but the most extreme conditions.
Great review of summer jackets. A review of less expensive variations would be great.
Id say find a different channel for that.
Great lineup. My favorites: Rukka Raymond, Belstaff Greenstreet, Halvarssons Lysvik and in that order
Another great video, and just in time for the summer heat!
Very nice reviews, Belstaff Arial 2 in the bucket !!!
Great video! I live in central Texas where it is extremely hot and humid. Which of these jackets has the best airflow?
good one as always. Do anyone know what kind of back protector fit the PMJ denim jacket?
Can you do a perforated leather jackets video next?
How protective is that motorcycle waistcoat you are wearing?

Halvarssons Lysvik jacket is nice
I believe its actually a Lindstrands, ref the logo on the jacket !
brilliant, keep them coming
Interesting as always : ) Cheers
What is the Rukka Raymore rated at?
Nice presentation. congratulations

Don't forget that this is a British retailer catering primarily for British consumers. 20-25° is a nice summer's day.

They are basically the same brand. We call them all Halvarssons here in the UK as just too confusing.
That double denim looks like what ant and dec would wear if they were to become bikers

What jacket is he saying? I wanted to look up the great value jacket 😂

Yep Spain or Italy in summer is called a T shirt.
Halv-arse-sons. Funny every time! :D
I'd help you pronounce it, but it's not easy for me. Ask a Swede!
Only in England you get freezing cold during summer 😂 doesn’t happen in Ozzie
Eeeeek I was in love until $599
Hoey jackets? Does that mean what I think it means? 0:58
I think he said hallway jacket,ie one that’s just hanging up in your hallway and you just grab it and go.
@@patmcmaster1010 oh that makes sense, every once in a while the accent gets me I guess. Thanks
520 pounds is over 700 dollars u.s.
Lots of summer jackets without mesh fabric. Disappointing video honestly, its more ad of "ghost armour" than jacket review.
Maths and noun pronunciation isn't great but sure knows your garments ;)
I’m confused it looks like a guy from country file is reviewing bike jackets…
