Advice starts at 2:29. But it's just a paraphrase of Michael Pollan's advice: "Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants."

Hi Peter! Thanks for the update and the sound advice. I've found it much easier to be 90% whole foods plant based with a few frozen meals throughout the week for ease. I enjoy your meal prep and outdoor hiking videos and what you make for snacks is helpful.
Looks like you and Gabby have moved (or redecorated) 🙂

Sure thing! This is what I use most days for lunch. I prep it on Sundays and have it ready to assemble each day:

Hello Sir. I enjoy your low-key presentation style. I have been vegan for 30+ years (Not Plant-based, Whole Food, that came along later but made sense.). Keep up the good work, but don't get "burned out" Produce videos at a lower frequency. Also, quality over quantity. Only produce information when you feel you can provide value. Not trying to keep to a schedule (Most youtube production does not give this advice). All the best

Aim for 1.2kg/g/bodyweight - 2.2kg/g/bodyweight, more if you're training hard!

It may not kill you to eat a small amount of chicken or fish but it will kill the chicken and the fish. That’s sad and unnecessary

@@strm8133 I was married to a vegan for 15 years and I watched my health go to shit. My weight went from 180 to 254. By the time I divorced my wife my weight i had a myriad of health issues including being prediabetic, very high blood pressure, chronic acid reflux, and severe auto immune rashes that covered my legs. My health immediate improve when I went carnivore. Today I weigh exactly the same as I did when I was 23 and I have NO health issues anymore.
