from my experience, it works better at 24fps & 1/25s (matching frame rate and shutter speed). Also, underexposing generally give better results. Let me know once you try this out!! ::)
it's to accumulate light in the precise number of frames you need to. Try to set a lower number, and you'll see that your light is going to fold from the starting point. (which is cool too) ::))
I'm confused: what's the point with the "third frame"? I don't see it on your screen. But the rest of this tuto is lovely simple and creative. Thanks from France :)
the third frame (the one on the right) is to reset the echo to 1 (to go back to normal video). You can obviously experiment with different values. Tu me diras si ça marche pour toi :D
OMG.
The only video on YT that teaches this!!! Thanks!
I am going to use it with filming the car videos.
Can you please send me the link where you created the same effect filming car videos?
Brilliant! Thanks Eric!
This is so great. Thanks Eric.
I'll sit and wait to see the magic you and Juli are going to do with this technique :) :) :)
This video is enlightening😉 thank You 🤗
thanks so much
We love you Eric :D

Magnifique !
Loved it! Thanks
thanks Eric
Hey what were your camera settings? should I be shooting at 60 or 24fps? and should it be low or high shutter speed?

How do you make handheld such a perfect circle? Thanks.
Nice tutorial. But why i need "step 9"? For set only this frames to render or something else?

While this does work as intended, it's horribly slow and makes any project lag, and render times increase exponentially to ridiculous amounts
hey I hear the drama :)
There's a real-time version of this... virtual.ink/
