As far as i know D.va was always 19... then for overwatch 2 they made it a 2 year jump so shes 21 now... unless they retroactively changed something after this part i looked up.

@snipertheladiesman and I could be thinking of something else. Something similar happened with Ayane and Kasumi from DOA. In English releases, their ages were always "N/A". In Japanese, they were 16. Then in 5, they became canonically 18.
I'm pretty sure anyway
