Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes It should become smooth Cover the dough with a bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes Sprinkle some flour to avoid sticking Gently flatten the dough to make it more manageable for cutting-make into a circle and cut in half and then ¼ then 3 wedges per quarter (Cut in 12 equal parts) Gently stretch the dough piece and then roll it Form into a ball Seal the dough ball ; repeat with each wedge Drizzle oil onto the pan lined with parchment baking paper Spread it well Leave some space between the buns Cover with a towel and let them proof for 40 minutes For the glaze: one egg and milk - 1 tbsp. Mix well Brush the glaze onto the buns Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes in pan with no lid So fluffy! You are welcome!
