What do you think of the 1of1 Hellcat Magnum?
looks amazing. what's your plan for the rear door quarter glasses though?
If dodge made them like this it would have been a sell out I'm sure. You have so many hours into this thing and it's absolutely beautiful
*Hoonicorn* 🦄
Absolutely beautiful, amazing work sir.
It drives very well
You have to appreciate greatness how many of you have been around since day one of this build
🤚🏽
✌🏽
I feel like this wagon is my nephew now… lol
I remember it was originally a 6.4L swap. Things always kinda spiral with car builds
Day 1!!!!
I’ve been following this build ain’t I was a junior in highschool. I’m 21 now 😭 glad to see it driving
😂😂😂😂
😂
This seems quick compared to Bad Obsession Motorsports Project Binky
same lmao, almost ab to graduate college now
Fr bro
Ive been watching this build since the 80s nice to see it come to fruition
😂😂
*I'd really like to see Junkyard Dave race his Hellwagon against Scraplife Lee's Demontruck*
Two completely different animals for now, when Dave completes the build motor then that would be a good race.
@@paceauto5382 *Of course both vehicles still need final assembly and tuned first but they should be fairly evenly matched both being larger, heavier Mopars with modern drivetrain and 850 plus hp*
Vs khal srt 300 demon170 awd
I agree that demon pickup is gonna be wild as well as this hellwagon maybe we can get them to race by flooding there comments
I’d like to see that also
That last 10% of a build always feels like it takes the longest
Sad but true
The perfect family hauler. What a cool build.
Thanks
That Charger tail on the Magnum actually looks AMAZING… I’m surprised by how well it works with the station wagon look. The wide body kit works great as well. Really nicely done, both from an aesthetic and mechanical standpoint.
Hell yeah brother, I've been here since the beginning of the build. It's totally responsible for the reason I subbed. Can't freaking wait 🔥🔥
*I'll second that, this definitely deserves a hardy Hell Yeah Brother!*
*#Merica*
Right on
Finally---the moment we have all been waiting for (especially you Dave)! Congratulations on your first test drive! That was pretty dirty, but that wash really perked her up. Those wheels look nice on there. It sounds great and looks great!
Thanks, it will sound a lot better when it's finally tuned
I get a smile every time I get a YT notification of an upcoming episode. Congrats brother. Can’t wait to see you enjoy it
I appreciate that!
Please take it to a Dodge dealer, just to blow they're minds. With they're reaction on camera
When it's done
I’ve been following this build Since I was in 6th grade. I’m in 12th now ❤
This man built a whole car by himself every thing and painted it absolutely amazing
Looks fantastic.
Been watching this project since day 1.
It's surreal to actually see it go for a drive after so long. It's not completely done, but it still must feel awesome to be at this point Dave.
Yeah it's crazy to actually drive it
i have been waiting 4 years to see this car do an awd pull well done dave cant wait to see that full pull these has to be one of the best builds on YT...
Me as well
Spent several years watching Dave build this hellcat magnum and have started 2 families since then it’s like we have grown together ❤
Ive went from being a dad to a grandpa to a great grandpa. Just hope i live to see the end of it lol
Bro i was in high broke asf watching the start of the build. Now i have my own shop lol
Cool
I flew here on a zepplin from europe, just to watch this build.
I want to build one of those 😆
@@Junkyard_Dave see you in 2189
@@RICARD01 they were faster than boats
People just do not understand the eye for detail and kind of a savant intuition needed to make the body lines work. I know Dodge has updated their designs, but this still looks like it could come off the showroom floor today. Just superb work. Big congrats on your first test drive!
Thanks
It's a shame dodge didn't make the make the magnum for longer, it really was such a cool rig. Absolutely love seeing you make a modern rendition of what dodge could have done.
Yeah it was a big miss for dodge
Been here since day 1 brother!!! So happy to see such progress!!
Thanks
Had to watch this like 5 times. I'm super got damn glad you didn't put black wheels on it, perfect color. Also glad you're still going to put the red eye hood on it. Looks so much better than the current hood. Love the stance. Looking forward to the next video.
Yeah black wheels look good on certain stuff but not blue
I'm offended
If u watched this 5 times ik u got annoyed from the damn bell/chime during the drive. Love the sound of the motor but gah lee
@@SportMaster25 No. Didn't bother me.
Congratulations bro you've been working on this 3-4 years 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Appreciate it!!
Love the colour choice on the wheels so sick of seeing dull and boring black ones. I keep thinking back to what you started with. Absolute legend be proud Dave looks amazing. 👍👍👌👌
Thanks black wheels are so bland
Bitter sweet man. Keep
Pushing. Finish line is so near.
Thanks
This build has been a long journey and I am so excited that I have followed you in this journey. You are incredibly talented and should be very proud of yourself with this build. I truly like your humble approach and the attention to detail, not to mention that you value your followers and actually read and answer the messages. God bless and best of wishes always from 🇵🇷
Thanks there are more projects to come
@@Junkyard_Dave Great! I will keep on watching them and look forward to seeing them all.
💪🏽🤘🏼💪🏽🤘🏼💪🏽🤘🏼 hell yea. It's been a long time coming been watching you build this thing from the beginning. I know your excited. Only things left on the to do list is the tune an interior. Great content Dave.
Thanks
When this is done, I literally just want to see a video of you getting people's reaction to this beauty.
*Dave's gonna have ambulances chasing him because all the necks that car is going to break* 😂
That's the plan
Amazing work! It's getting so close to being done.
So close!
Having great resources makes the project more meaningful. Lovely vehicle 👍🏾✌🏾💪🏾👌🏾
Yes indeed!
been waiting since ep 40 or 50 something for this so happy to see it drive
Make sure you have extra upon extra anti theft stuff. Like three different styles of lock lug nuts. Fuel cut off battery cut off gps, alarm.
Ive been on this ride since outset! Congrats! Ive seen soooo many “engine swap” Magnums but this a work of mechanical engineering art. The devil is in all the details! 🤙🏾🤙🏾
The wheels look awesome. It's coming together.
Thanks
The whole thing has been the fun part Dave. 💪🤘🙌
Driving will be the best part though
Suggestion for the c pillar glasses. 3D scan the area and then buy a new set of Quaterpanel glasses and have them cut to the exact dimensions of that space. It would look way better as glass than carbon fiber!! It would look OEM PLUS!!
I have the 300 glass but need a special laser to cut them, 8 have been trying to find one with no luck
@@Junkyard_Dave have you tried Boulder Works in Longmont?
It's definitely been a long journey my friend, she's sounding amazing.
Just stumbled on your channel. This Magnum looks sick! Seen the titles as I scrolled through the playlist, so much work has gone into this and I just had to react & sub.
Hellcat swap is insane. I am not completely known into American cars but I know these engines are insane! 💯
you need to set up a play list for this wagon as I hated having to go through 4 years of videos just to find the very start of this project
I love your motivation towards your cars and keep up the great work 👍
I also have my own projects and stopped working on them due to my house loan
Thanks yeah sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do
Your Hellcat Magnum not only does it look better then the stock magnum, it also sounds way better then the stock magnum.
It will sound even better once tuned
@@Junkyard_Dave I believe that. I can't wait to hear it
That thing is slick, can’t wait to see it with all the interior and a tune. I must admit I got squirreled when I saw that Celica while you were washing the magnum. Hope that’s an upcoming project as well
It's alittle too far gone to be a project
tied for my favorite build on yt along with mike martin with the hemi swapped jeep renegade.thanks for sharing this build👍
Hell yeah, bet your super stoked I know I am. It's been a long time coming. Congrats, job well done Dave.
Thanks
Looks Awesome Dave!
Thanks 👍
Hello Dave
That Car rocks ✌✌👍🏼
Thanks
Man oh man you came a long way with that wagon hell cat 🔥🔥🔥🔥✌️💯
Thanks
Dave I watched from the start of your project, and I was amazed at the engineering you put into it. I have a 03 concept quad cab truck with R/T BADGES FRONT & REAR. POWERED WITH 6.1 425 hp. At rear wheels it all wheel drive jeep transfer case. No egr or guted cat coverter from the factory. It's very quick with 150 mph speedo was a Hennessey motor sport 1500 ram. grey in color and loves 93 octane gas.
That's unique
Great work, American and European wagons are such a rarity and beautiful.
It looks so insane love the wheels! Clay always transforms cars. Most people never even use it. Crazy it's never been polished or waxed either. 😯
Clay is the best and I can't wait to wax it
Oh man, you must feel so good to finally take that thing out on the road. I feel like a kid in a candy store just watching it drives 😢
So happy to see this car on the road. I have to say you need to up your car washing game. You are going to mess up that nice paint quickly.
It's gonna be fine
Is so beautiful Dave. U sir did a amazing job and my god I’d be so proud of it.
Thanks
Amazing machine
Thanks
Congratulations Dave, that is an amazing job well done!
You washing it with the clouds moving quickly was a cool scene
Feckin awesome!!!...it's been a long road but man, what a car!!!!
Thanks
Congrats Dave , been watching since day 1 of this build amazing wish you the best ..
Much appreciated!
Badass ride for sure, sounds great! I know you've been waiting for a long time to get in that 1st test drive. Looking forward to seeing the finished product and that 1st test rip up the street too! Thanks man, excellent job!
You and me both!
If you havent been here from the beginning youve missed out on one of the best if not "THE BEST MOPAR BUILD ON RUclips" hands down if you @Junkyard_Dave you should be well over 1mill. Subs at this point just from this build and the views should be through the roof aswell.
been here on and off since day one of this build. looks and sounds amazing, can't wait for the complete finish inside and out.
Absolutely love the magnum. Been here since day one. Keep up the mopar work brother.
Been waiting years for this video congrats
Wow man it's good to see this project on the ground under its own power but can wait for the ultimate drive 💪😎
You and me both!
Hot damn. She's finnaly on the road makin the road cooler. Nothing can be Said against how cool this vehicle is. Truly a masterpiece dave. 🔥🔥
Thanks can't wait to see peoples reactions
I still remember when you and Trevor were working together all the time
Congrats Dave can't wait to see everything tied up on it
Bro Ive been following on tiktok since pretty much the beginning of this build. glad to see it running!!! Staying tuned for more.
Beautiful job, Dave, on the car. I can't wait until you finish the next one. I'm getting my car together now. Hopefully, I can get it looking as good as yours. Keep up the good work
Thanks
That seat belt chime FTW THOUGH LOL😅😅😅😅😅
It goes away if you drive it long enough 😆
@@Junkyard_Dave lmbo 😳😳🤣🤣
Crazy to finally see this drive, also that drive was beautiful
This should have came in stock form like this. Amazing!
Been waiting for this video since you first mentioned the project! Congrats, she is a beaut!
More to come!
What an accomplishment! Kudos! 👏👏👏 Can't wait to see what's next!
Thank you! 😃
Loved seeing this being built for the past years and finally get to see it drive I'm crying 😢grown man tears
Wow, that's awesome. Congratulations Dave.💫
This like watching my child grow up. Crawl walking and then running 😂
Looks fantastic and it is an important moment 👍👍
Always closer to being Completed
Yes indeed!
Almost a the finish line what a journey 👍🏾
Thank you for not rodding on it on the first test drive! I see so many videos where the first test drive is full of burnouts and wide-open throttle, while that looks great on RUclips it is dangerous and can ruin the build if something goes wrong.
That's right.. Don't understand why people who work on cars don't know that...
I don't lime the whole let's break everything for views and to get it done
@@Junkyard_Dave that's what I really respect on what you doing. Videos I watch, will be some young guys fixing up cars and doggie it out, not giving the part time to break it in.. You on the other hand, took your time and drive the car how you suppose to when you finish building it. I really respect that from you.
It finally got washed!!! Congratz man, looks amazing.
Finally!!!!!! Do you know how long you've kept us waiting?!!??!!
Been following this build since the beginning so this is awesome news 🔥
Looks beautiful 😍 Glad to see it finally moving!
Yes! Thank you!
Congratulations Dave, almost there
Thatdudeinblue needs to be notified.
I've been watching this since my mom was in labor with me. I'm 33 now.
Looks great, big project almost done.
Oh man that thing sits so rite!
The AWD stance
Literally been here since day 1.. I think maybe more excited than you are 😂
That wagon sure has been hard on Dave's hairline. Nice to see it on the road.
Good work Dave. It’s been a long road! 😂
Thanks
Been waiting a while now to see this car take the shape that it did great work and attention to detail
I love this projest Dave ! You are the real Master of Ceremony !
Thanks
Been watching this build way back when i was 39, I'm 43 now....
Congratulations Dave
Thanks
Can't wait to see her rolling 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Finally done! Awesome dude
Dave, after all these years it’s finally on the road! (I was young and still working when you started, I’m fully retired now!) - Live long and prosper buddy 🖖
