yeah dude I recently got rid of my 392 charger after 4 years of owning it because it was getting too dangerous to even drive around anywhere. This is a dope project for this guy and I wish him the best but man I'll never own another mopar lmao not at all worth the risk of getting robbed or having to worry about parking everywhere you go. My local dealership has to park jeep waggoneers on both sides of all the charger/challengers so that they don't get stolen... the mopar scene is just down bad so maybe once they're all electric a certain race of people will chill tf out or move onto another car to steal.

In 2005 they sold 50k In 2006 they sold 40k In 2007 they sold 30k In 2008 they sold 7k In 2009 they sold 113 Dodge didn’t miss any massive market. They did the right thing by not having a Magnum. I know it is hard to hear, I don’t like hearing it myself! I have always driven coupes. For just about all my adult life I drove Ford Thunderbirds. I bought the last 4 seater in 97 put 250k miles on it and then got a Honda because Ford chose to stop making it. I said they were making a mistake. But in the last 20 years they have sold fewer and fewer coupes. I had to face facts. People just don’t like coupes anymore. The Magnum was cool, but they simply weren’t a good thing for Chrysler. This build is cool and a small set of guys will love it.

I remember when magnum came out I was 14 years old I was fanatical about cars and magnum was one of my dream car I wanted to own. What a great transformation you did, just WOW!
Not even a huge wagon fan, but this build has been pretty sweet. This is going to 100% be better than any other charger wagon/magnum that’s out there now. And the fact that it’s going to look so factory is a cool touch as well

It’s so great being able to see you drive the Magnum around after all the work you’ve done to it. It’s great to see it get the attention it deserves out in public, too. The Magnum looks amazing! This is the sickest custom dodge ive ever seen and its not even done yet! Its almost like dodge looked at the cts-v wagon and said f*ck it lets make it happen. The paint is amazing to top it off.

360° is a lot for a steering sensor. I've recalibrated hundreds for alignments. I'd remove the sensor but keep it connected and see if it can be turned back to zero and it it'll install.
Check the star connector. Is the Eps configured? Forced proxi alignment for the eps? Turn the wheel all the way left and right hopefully the code turns to stored. Maybe a bad clock spring? Also I would get that RFH update that’s out to prevent anyone trying to copy a key.
One of our cars does not have a computer. It's a 1982 Mitsubishi L300 that I upgraded to a 1991 2.0 liter engine and five speed manual transmission. So I don't have to worry about computer issues. (It's got a carburettor).

I've said for years that Dodge should've done a Magnum Hellcat, but never in my wildest dreams did I imagine it with the AWD Trackhawk drivetrain. That thing is absolutely legendary and I can't wait to see what happens next with it!
It is actually insane how the fitment of the front end is. I was in a minor fender bender, recently had to get front bumper/hood replaced. I can damn near slip my index finger in the gap between the hood and the bumper. POS at the body shop told me oh all the chargers have this issue and refused to try any adjustments or anything, assured me everything was OEM. Got a claims adjuster from the insurance company and they basically told me to fuck off because the car 'looks fine'.
rotate the clock spring with your scan tool connected and see if it goes off . take the steering wheel off and just have the clock spring connected and rotate it until it say zero
Agree. Many brands have contact reel with 2+ turns of physical travel more than thensteering rack travel and a center indicator lug in reel that off one rotation from center. Some have a window that has a yellow indicator at center but some don't. Those will usually have a pin when they come out of the parts box, but that is no help later.

It's actually four years. I've been following it from the start when it was a theft recovery from the auction. But it will be good to see it finally completely finished.
That thing is so awesome. Make sure your anti theft system is top notch! Even though its one of a kind, it would be awful for damage to happen if it happens to get stolen.
Hey Dave, to solve your steering issue you need to install the airbag, I also ran into the same issue but fixed when I installed the steering wheel airbag
