- Finally have been able to drive the Hellcat Magnum around and working out some small issues as I find them.

If its showing 360 that means you have to disconnect the steering rack and go to "live data" and watch which direction it needs to go 1 full turn so 0 is actually 0

Maybe use a scope to either decode canbus or watch the PWM
@@ckm-mkc Its literally a PID in any scan tool. No scope is really gonna tell ya that.

This is friggin DOPE! I always liked the magnum more than the dime-a-dozen chargers. THIS is the evolution of the Magnum that we didn't know we needed.

This isn't the 1st one built bro. Someone built one of these more than a year ago. There are vids of it on here if you search for them.
Because it didn’t sell well just because 2k people want this car doesn’t mean doge will make it a least 100k

In 2005 they sold 50k
In 2006 they sold 40k
In 2007 they sold 30k
In 2008 they sold 7k
In 2009 they sold 113
Dodge didn’t miss any massive market. They did the right thing by not having a Magnum.
I know it is hard to hear, I don’t like hearing it myself! I have always driven coupes. For just about all my adult life I drove Ford Thunderbirds. I bought the last 4 seater in 97 put 250k miles on it and then got a Honda because Ford chose to stop making it.
I said they were making a mistake. But in the last 20 years they have sold fewer and fewer coupes.
I had to face facts. People just don’t like coupes anymore. The Magnum was cool, but they simply weren’t a good thing for Chrysler.
This build is cool and a small set of guys will love it.

@@cwj2733Yes Chrysler did make the Magnum. Chrysler is the parent company to Dodge and they share platforms.
The Magnum is just a 300 which is just a Charger.

I remember when magnum came out I was 14 years old I was fanatical about cars and magnum was one of my dream car I wanted to own. What a great transformation you did, just WOW!

One can hope, but it's too expensive, 10000 U$S to register a car at SEMA. If he could get some sponsors (mainly aftermarket companies whose products were used in this build), that would be great.

Not even a huge wagon fan, but this build has been pretty sweet. This is going to 100% be better than any other charger wagon/magnum that’s out there now. And the fact that it’s going to look so factory is a cool touch as well

The steering wheel from a Hellcat challenger will just flow perfect with the custom Dash design. Can't wait to see the interior put back together.

When I owned my magnum this was the exact idea I had when the newer body styling came out . I owned mine in 2015/16. Glad to see someone did it!
It’s so great being able to see you drive the Magnum around after all the work you’ve done to it. It’s great to see it get the attention it deserves out in public, too.
The Magnum looks amazing! I can’t wait to see it once all the interior is in it. It’s going to be the nicest Magnum or even Charger on the planet.

I love the car. It is nice to see it running and driving. I Just sold my 07 one owner Magnum. She was starting to have a lot of issues. I bought it brand new it 07 and it was all original. She will be missed.
Those headlights are beautiful
360° is a lot for a steering sensor. I've recalibrated hundreds for alignments. I'd remove the sensor but keep it connected and see if it can be turned back to zero and it it'll install.
Yeah I need to get the dash in then the air bag ill probably buy a new clock spring too

I’m a diesel guy myself but I’ve been looking into getting a hell cat. I have so many questions about this thing. I want one most of all lol. This is such an awesome build man!

One of our cars does not have a computer. It's a 1982 Mitsubishi L300 that I upgraded to a 1991 2.0 liter engine and five speed manual transmission. So I don't have to worry about computer issues. (It's got a carburettor).

First time seeing this channel and this car, but holy hell man that thing is GORGEOUS! I've said for years that Dodge should've done a Magnum Hellcat, but never in my wildest dreams did I imagine it with the AWD Trackhawk drivetrain. That thing is absolutely legendary and I can't wait to see what happens next with it!
Yeah the drivetrain was very time consuming but tuning it in RWD mode I now understand why I did it
Buy the guy a few beers & bring it in for full Sunday work through. That’s my advice. He’s got all the proper tools. & seems really helpful. 💪💪💪👍👍

I remember seeing this build on Reddit a year or so ago. i think on r/projectcars. I've since deleted my reddit, but always wondered what the finished product would look like. Glad RUclips recommended this to me today.
I wish they made a Awd Hellcat Avenger SRT 8 TT or Supercharged . The baby charger deserves to have a comeback .

This is literally my dream car brother. When the wide body hellcat first came out I always said I was gonna make a hellcat magnum and it would be the first on earth! You made that dream come true! 🙌 even though it’s not mine 😅😂 it’s still cool to see a vision come to life!
