      Uhh no they didn’t! Have you looked at the sales of the Magnum?
      In 2005 they sold 50k
      In 2006 they sold 40k
      In 2007 they sold 30k
      In 2008 they sold 7k
      In 2009 they sold 113
      Dodge didn’t miss any massive market. They did the right thing by not having a Magnum.
      I know it is hard to hear, I don’t like hearing it myself! I have always driven coupes. For just about all my adult life I drove Ford Thunderbirds. I bought the last 4 seater in 97 put 250k miles on it and then got a Honda because Ford chose to stop making it.
      I said they were making a mistake. But in the last 20 years they have sold fewer and fewer coupes.
      I had to face facts. People just don’t like coupes anymore. The Magnum was cool, but they simply weren’t a good thing for Chrysler.
      This build is cool and a small set of guys will love it.

      yeah dude I recently got rid of my 392 charger after 4 years of owning it because it was getting too dangerous to even drive around anywhere. This is a dope project for this guy and I wish him the best but man I'll never own another mopar lmao not at all worth the risk of getting robbed or having to worry about parking everywhere you go. My local dealership has to park jeep waggoneers on both sides of all the charger/challengers so that they don't get stolen... the mopar scene is just down bad so maybe once they're all electric a certain race of people will chill tf out or move onto another car to steal.

    Nice! I remember guys used to put 300M noses on Intrepids, and 300C noses on Chargers etc. This is wild!

    It is actually insane how the fitment of the front end is. I was in a minor fender bender, recently had to get front bumper/hood replaced. I can damn near slip my index finger in the gap between the hood and the bumper. POS at the body shop told me oh all the chargers have this issue and refused to try any adjustments or anything, assured me everything was OEM. Got a claims adjuster from the insurance company and they basically told me to fuck off because the car 'looks fine'.

      @Junkyard_Dave  6 месяцев назад

      Yeah there is a lot of adjustment in the hood

    rotate the clock spring with your scan tool connected and see if it goes off . take the steering wheel off and just have the clock spring connected and rotate it until it say zero

    • @jimmyaber5920
      @jimmyaber5920 6 месяцев назад

      Agree. Many brands have contact reel with 2+ turns of physical travel more than thensteering rack travel and a center indicator lug in reel that off one rotation from center. Some have a window that has a yellow indicator at center but some don't. Those will usually have a pin when they come out of the parts box, but that is no help later.

    That thing is so awesome. Make sure your anti theft system is top notch! Even though its one of a kind, it would be awful for damage to happen if it happens to get stolen.

    It doesn't get any better than an AWD Hemi in a car, very nice job.

    Throw a manual from Challenger in it. It was done on this generation of Challenger already so it is doable.

    Dodge should have kept the Magnum going and built this.
    I never cared for the Magnum, but this thing looks badass with the Charger cues. Awesome job man 👍🏼👍🏼
