I bought my last property in November, it wasn’t affordable, however it is a perfect investment. It’s quite fascinating how an RA’ can also guide you to lucrative investments in the real estates markets, I put about $170k in February and this far I’ve gotten over 700% of what I put in, now I’m moving profits from stock investment to my real estate portfolio….
Indeed the real estates market is a money faucet, Having just paid off my mortgage and in the process have a floating money pot of $100k, how can I achieve such?
I used to think stocks was the most profitable, but my perception totally changed when I got in contact with an experienced property manager Jack Ronald Joyce’ whom assisted me with a platform that helped set up real estates investments for me, I’m now able to x3 what I initially invested, would I have ever thought real estates can turn out this lucrative. Now I’m moving funds from stock investment to my real estate portfolios
@@knockoutlightz Well it wasn’t quite easy at the onset but then again the platform he manages my investments on are duly licensed by the SEC, besides he has been consistent 3yrs now. Good man👍🏻
What about for companies which are looking for experienced analysts? Whenever we post on job boards for CRE financial analysts/underwriters we get a lot of loan underwriters applying... Any suggestions on where we should we be looking for qualified analysts?
Excellent video, Justin. In your experience, how factible is for a person to study undergad finance/real estate in a city like Dallas or Miami, but try to land a job after college at a top brokerage company in cities like Chicago or NYC? More difficult but still possible? (I also have the same doubt for internships, because I guess that if I landing internships at those cities would be very helpful landing jobs later on at those cities). Regards.
How do you get the most out of the LinkedIn platform? Any tips I missed?

Just like anything else, REITs are appropriate for investors who want regular incomes and they offer appreciation opportunities

Many real estate agents are not that "professional."
