Little cake icing tip, when you use the canned icing put it in your mixer and use the whisk attachment, mix it. It will fluff up the icing, and be able to cover more cake and cupcakes. Cake looks amazing!!!

A little trick to make frosting easier to spread is to stir it in the container. By stirring it it warms it up and makes it easier to spread on a cake.

It's very good my mother used to make it a lot different way she made it as a loaf cake dark loaf cake no frosting at all that's the way she made it and my niece she made a strawberry cake to die for do you want to try something different there's all kinds of different recipes on the internet but you use for strawberries and you make a cake out of it it's really good just wanted to pass that along with you you have a great day

At the end there I saw Greg drop a tiny piece. I don't if it fell on the plate or on the floor! I've also heard using zucchini is a good supplement for a moist cake.

Also with the amount of baking soda, you would need to use natural cocoa power which is acidic instead of dutch processed cocoa which is more alkaline. Lots of chemistry going on when you bake.
I think the camera looked great but I did have problems hearing Greg at some points when he was giving ingredients. Not sure if that’s part of the camera or he’s just quiet. Maybe captions with the ingredient and the amount as you say it would be a good idea?
I wonder if you can make this with vegan mayo. I’m in no way a full vegan but I’ve switched from regular mayo to vegan and I can’t tell a difference in taste
Vegan Mayo, is not Mayonnaise. Vegan mayo does not contain any eggs, and there are other things it's lacking. Real Mayonnaise works in this cake because Mayo is made with Eggs, and Oil which is why you don't add eggs or oil to this cake. :)
