Wow Jamie, I grew up eating grapefruit like that, and everyone thinks I'm weird when they see me eating it. You're the first person I've seen other than my family who eats it that way.

Sounds good never had them when I was growing up my mother used to make a Valentine's cake what she did is she got she made red velvet cake mix or homemade she got a valentine heart cake pan she put it in the cake pan and she put pink cream cheese over it and you could put sprinkles over it if you want to it was amazing my mom is in the live anymore but boy do I miss her valentine cakes I think I always will
That looks so good! And of course I'm on a diet so I can't try anything yet lol.
Y'all should get Demerara Sugar!! It's what is used on creme brulee and makes it all crunchy on top and try it on Jamie's grapefruit...or do a cool creme brulee recipe and use the torch again! I just remember learning that regular sugar is too fine for caramelization or something like that and has more of a chance of burning. Those s'mores looked heavenly though!!! And I agree...microwaved s'mores just aren't the same as burnt ones!
Hahaha, i didn't know jamie was a grapefruit eater. I love grapefruit, i'm going to try one bruleed like that. Maybe without a marshmallow though, lol. Also jamie if you do eat grapefruit like that on a regular basis, you should really get a grapefruit spoon. They have serrated edges and they get the pulp out super quick.

When we had tons of hurricanes in Florida and would loose power for a long time we would make smores over an unscented Soy Candle.

In my house we do stovetop smores, when we don't,,or cant, make a fire. We tost the marshmallows on the burner since we have a gas stove.

Orange Julius! For some reason that sounds really good to dip original Oreos in. You could also put a roasted marshmallow on top and have Orange Julius that way.

Anything that they make for the dogs will be on there other channel called gone to the snow dogs. This channel is just for making food for people to eat, not the dogs. They just call this channel cooking with the snow dogs because the dogs are always in the kitchen with them.

If you use sea salt it will bring out the sweetness from the grapefruit

Dogs can have a little bit of chocolate it won't hurt them but if they have a lot of it it can hurt them, the darker the chocolate the worse it is for them.
