There is lactose free milk that's great because I could actually have that because my stomach is sensitive to lactose like I can have milk but not a lot of it
By the way for those that might be lactose intolerant, you COULD use Lactaid Milk that way you can enjoy it. If you can’t, then just take lactaid pills.
