Peter Carter Good morning Peter, hope your well and staying safe. I have few one pot curry on the channel that would feed about 3-4 people. I would suggest to take a look at those and either make two pots of it, here is the Lamb Bhuna one pot reciperuclips.net/video/hKEL0fx2KoI/видео.html I also got chicken curry, chicken karahi recipe on the channel (one pot). Hope this helps and in future i May cook big pots of curry as a meal prep for the week 😀
There two types of Allo Sag - one mushy and swimming in base gravy - the other is very dry, smokey and much, much better. Seems there are few chefs around these days to know how to cook a very dry and very tasty All0 Sag. What you get tend to get from take-aways is a s said a saggy mush. There are a few restaurants that do go for the later - but these seemingly are becoming less. Not tried this, - will give a go, using as little liquid as I can.

Yes, you can, marinate the chicken first with the Tandoori Masala and cook in oven/grill/fry the chicken. hope this helps. Thanks and stay safe

Lovely recipe but maybe edit your videos a little so that we don't have to watch you stir etc, curry was very tasty though 😋🥘
