Nice. The coriander is definitely an integral part in making a spinach based curry tastier. In my experience, when I've gone without it the flavours can taste flat as spinach is somewhat bitter to begin with. The coriander really adds sharpness that compliments things quite well.
Absolutely amazing video mate, cant wait to try it! My only constructive criticism would be that it was a bit hard to hear you over the sizzling at a few points in the video. Apart from that brilliant stuff, keep it up!
