Really good John. And 11 years ago. Wow. I dare say you’ve come a long way since then. I love this art. Incredibly fascinating and many many discoveries still to find. 👍🏻
I like it. I use it. My way is to strike. Just basically place my fingers in the eye. This usually produces a reaction. Any Bending, reaching across centerline, any broken structure n boom. It’s full on assault time. Fabulous principles sifu
Certainly Sigung Tsui focused on the internal. He was also a good fighter. Although, very unlike Wong Sifu. He didn’t look for fights but accepted challenges.
greting sir from when u were exposed to chu shong tins concept how long did it take u to starrt tofeel ur center of mass nd start playing with it....can u make a video on how to move the structure once the center of mass is felt...and is there any ways to test to see if ur doing it right if someone is practicing by thmselves
