I have been following a couple on Facebook that does a lot of "Copycat" recipes. I've seen many versions of the Taco Bell crunch wrap online at various recipe sites, youtube, Facebook etc... This one was fairly easy, used just the electric skillet for everything. Made one for my neighbor acroos the way from me, Dena, sent me a text, said it was delicous. No written recipe to go by, just the video
