Legit tip on how I got diamond;
in season 7 I'd been gold since season 1, I bought a diamond account, played on it for 3 weeks, its a lot easier to learn how to play the game vs good players, playing vs shitters all the time doesn't help you improve (some people obviously slip through), but after that I got several smurfs 70% win rate to d4.
having a break for over 6 months will drop you a league or 2 though and you have to do the same thing again.

No, he didn't. They buffed his scaling. He's only weak early. They made him stronger late game, which is hilarious because he's an infinitely scaling late-game mage to begin with.
@@yGKeKe If the enemy is not a complete bot, then they just have to take him out early game and he basically has almost no chance of making a comeback. Well in low elo (up to platin i would say) he is still a decent pick.

I built once half tank half mage veigar.
Bought Heartsteal, Seraphine, Rabadon and some other tank items. Had 900 AP, a lot health and armour, bonus shield and okaish movement speed. Botlane is esspecially good for this since you can stack AP on support and adc.

@@LeLouisLafontaine Yes it was instant. A good players were abusing this broken champ for easy lp. Another broken thing about this was that his R was scaling with enemy AP too. Basicly if opposite mid was AP too. Veigar was one shotting with with just pressing R. Very skilled to today.

you know all this double adc thing and this could not happen last season for a simple reason..... assasins having a free game then, but then riot decided to destroy the triangle and now the only thing countering adc or a fed mage is a even more fed mage/ adc. since assassins cant do there job. Its like all streamers say, revert the changes, revert jgl, revert durability, revert fucking ass mythics, and maybe maybe the game is playble.
Heartsteel, force of nature, thornmail, demonic deathcap. Is dirty... cage gets you free stacks. End the game with 7k hp and 1k ap.

The problem with league is why play riven and do 10,000 flips mental gymnastic outplay when you can play veigar half tank and ult. If his ult wasn’t point and click it could have outplay potential but veigar is just a ticking time bomb stat check and had the least engaging gameplay to play as or against. Cringe game design.
Now cover the "Nerfs" to his scaling. Riot called it "nerfs", I call it "redistribution of wealth".

early nerf late game buff, on a champ who always drags games to 25+ min ..... right no its not huge enough.
@@nsreturn1365 Played him bot lane last night, can definitely feel the damage nerf until 25mins or so. Q buff of 5% isn't that noticeable, but the W buff of 10% definitely is. Was also a 3x infernal drake game for us so that helped too. Supp was a Lulu but would've felt better with someone who either does more damage or has more crowd control lol
