This video was a crazy ride
for those who download raid use the promo code "mordecai" to get a free 4 star epic on top on the vergis + some extra goodies within the first 48 hours of playing. mordecai has the ability to light the whole enemy team on fire, making it so when ever an enemy takes a turn the whole team takes 3% max hp damage. witch might not sound like a lot but it really does count in the mid to late game especially. this guy really helps with dungeon waves and is one of the best hp burners because his burn is placed, it is not a hit that can be weak so it will always go on with enough books (skill upgrades from a 75% to 100%)and accuracy (counters enemy resistance).

This is a more common thing seen with GP players. Somehow they still think hitting defuseable objects is the absolute peak of skill.
If you're that far behind and the enemy let's you afk farm and push, you should. The rengo threw away his huge lead and gp scaled better.
That is why it's usually a bad idea to destroy inhibs too early. You will be sending high quality minions to an enemy that will need those extra coins and experience. You may think that everyone knows this concept to make sure they stay fed, but no, some people haven't learned it yet...

@@delanmorstik7619 Yeah, ironically enough one of the biggest mistakes League players make is learning really high end concepts such as this and then trying to apply it in low elo games where they just don't work. Masters and above is a fundamentally different game than low elo League.
To be fair, GP made the right call to split push during objectives while he was behind, and that's what made him come back.

In my experience if you have x/xx type stats the best you can do is push the sidelines. You won't contribute anything in fights anyway and someone on the enemy team will eventually have to take an interest in you. 4vs4 is always better than 4vs5.
He’s also playing gp, so as long as he gets to late game he’ll be oneshotting people, no matter how bad he is.

Anyone who says pregame they are there to carry or claims to be smurfing, saying it will be an easy win .. ends up giving up first blood and int-ing all game while people like me try to carry them through their own intense failure.
except that was not redeeming himself. That's just playing f-ing Gangplank and he could have gone 0/30 and still come out on top, because it's a broken ass champ. All the credit goes to the team for holding off until he becomes useful, which just took slightly longer than average GP

@@mimic3872 I think stat-sticks and tanks are far worse and GP would be balanced if he actually had to hit barrels instead of dealing 900 per Q and 600+ true damage every auto. Don’t get me started on Prowler’s Claw... but at least he’s killable unlike many other champions

This mans ego followed by his inability to play against one of the easiest champs to fight in top is truly astounding (Bait rengar to jumping on you at max range in your minion wave and full trade him, hes a burst champ with no engage after he leaves the bush and if he fights you in wave you win, then use oranges/potions to stock up and repeat the process until he cant trade and U get free farm. If he pushes wave hold in in front of your tower so he cant jump on you, if you have a triple stacked wave shove it under and keep him under tower so he cant get to a bush......this is the easiest champ to make completely useless in top.)

Rengar has poor wave clear. Gangplank does not. All you had to do was play the long game. Sucks, but true. Before Yorick nerfs, he was my favorite for dealing with single-target assassins like Rengar or Akali top.

It´s funny to see how bad players can be carried by insane powerspikes like GP.
It´s also safe to say, your win chances double if anyone picks Zac, and they decrese significantly, when anyone on your team picks rengar.
This game is dictated by picks and 90% of all games are won / lost in lobby.
win/lose in lobby really only matters in masters+.
Plat & under - all games are 100% skill based. you could have 1mil points m7 playing a champ for 6yrs straight and counter picking the enemy but you will still lose if you're a worse player than your opponent.
while yes, some champions are overtuned to the point where bad players can make insane comebacks, it's still a skill game overall and adapting to power spikes is part of the skill gap. If this game was in master+ the GP's odds of coming back from being 0/5 or 0/8 like in the vid would be very low.
@@phoenixelysia i have to disagree on this one. In low elos, champion picks are equaly as important. High elo one trick already knows how to win unfavourable matchup, since he has been in many. In low elos, the only thing that can change win / lose lobby is players inting / leaving the game.
One master yi / katarina pick and low elo game is basically over. Once you get into mid elo like plat, you begin to notice how overtuned some champs are. Since i´m jungler, playing vs Zac or Seju is already hopeless, as they will pick your team apart with hard to counter gangs while you can do little about it. One item Zac doesn´t only have the best gangs in the game, but also enough dmg to 1v1 champ like Xin with ease.
Few games ago, before i stopped playing, we played aganist Yuumi with Vayne. They weren´t that good and our bot managed to get a lead. Unfortunately, rest of their team wasn´t so dogshit, so their bot managed to get into mid games and that´s where it ended for us, since champ like Yuumi can make hypercarry like vayne borderline impossible to touch.
Just my two cents here.

I had an Akshan on my team in a recent game. It was an AI game and before the game started he went all the way to enemy base attached himself to a rock, twirled around constantly on it just to kill all of my mid lane minions before they got out of base. I couldn't level up because of his feeding. It was funny and annoying at the same time.
