The Denver market has hit its peak already. Buyers are in for a treat for the rest of the year and [most] Sellers have some work cut out for them to sell. The devil is in the details - tune it for it all!

Be careful buying in Denver unless you wanna watch your equity crash while your neighborhood becomes a tent city.
The mass exodus of contributors/tax payers is up, and the influx of neecomers/welfare recipients is up up up.

I love how desperate some of these realtors are. Notice she doesn’t talk about interest rate anywhere, and how dumb it is buying at the top of the market. The deals are gone. $791,000 is the average for a house in Denver? No thanks
