    Ingredients 食材
    Batter 麵糊
    3/4 cup plain flour
    2 tbsp corn starch
    1/4 tsp rock salt
    1 large egg
    3/4 cup room temperature water (175 ML)
    1/2 cup chopped spring onions
    2 tbsp cooked red quinoa
    3/4杯中筋麵粉
    兩湯匙粟粉
    1/4茶匙岩鹽
    一隻大雞蛋
    2/3杯室温水
    兩湯匙熟紅藜麥
    半杯蔥花
    Fillings 饀料
    4 large eggs
    1 slice of ham
    4 slices of Cheddar cheese
    4 tbsp baked beans or sweet corn
    四隻大雞蛋
    一片火腿
    四片車打芝士(切達起司)
    四湯匙茄汁焗豆或都粟米粒(玉米粒)
    Cooking oil 煮食油
    4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    四湯匙初榨橄欖油

    請問黎麥熟的是先燙過的意思嘛?

      周敦凡 先把它煮到開花,像個白色小圈一樣,瀝乾水就可以用了。一般包裝上有指示。我建議在水龍頭下多沖洗一會才煮,不然可能有一種苦澀的味道。
