In Poland we have voiceover nearly in early foreign-language film(of course fairytales are the exception). When I was a kid and I wasn't able to watch english programms without translation, this voiceover wasn't annoing for me but now I understand your complains, because he is really loud lol I know that in different countries dubbing is more common. Now we have more programms with subtitles,especially for people who have hearing issues but that doesn't mean that we got rid of voiceovers xd.
And of course, Brooke now acts as if this relationship never had any meaning. It went on for months, she could never let him go and swore to Deacon when she said goodbye that she would always love him. She always turns things around the way it's best for her.
