    In my situation seems like everything causes bloating/ stomach issues.....I have had these issues on and off for years now ..just did not connected it to the menopause...these vlogs are so important am learning so much through them...Thanks you so much for your weekly vlog as always🙏

    Oh I have suffered with bloating so bad. Still have it everyday and as soon as I eat, I look pregnant. Perimenopause for me has been like being pregnant fir years with no baby.

    In other words, nearly everything causes bloating 😢 I look pregnant and none of my clothes fit...it's so demoralizing

      @@AprilJo424 Same here. I went from being super tiny to a bloated mess. It is a nightmare. Everything I eat causes it.

      Same. I avoid tight fitting clothes, became a fan of flowy shirts or dresses, some with empire line cuts, right below the chest. I still buy skinny jeans but have to upsize for comfort. Nothing makes me feel worse when I'm bloated than tight ill fitting clothes. It's already a rough time when you are made to feel that you are losing your femininity and beauty and vitality everyday. Clothes are just clothes, but choosing the right pieces can help us feel better. Best wishes for all the ladies out here and a huge Thank You for this channel.

    I find drinking some hot water with a bit of lemon juice helps with my digestion. It has to be First thing in the morning though. Also i get anxiety so i find being mindful and eating slowly and relaxing helps too 🙂. Also an organic peppermint tea after breakfast and dinner

    I recently clued in that my bloating and gas pains for the last couple years were caused by olive oil! Trying to be healthy, I’d been using it liberally as a butter substitute and for cooking. Now that I’ve switched back to butter, I feel like I have my stomach back.

    Thanks for all the helpful tips! I find for me that time to digest is really important. I need to sit and digest my meal. If I get up and start working Immediately after eating ( I have a job where I am on the go and on my feet) then the bloating is worse. It seems my food just sits in my stomach and causes indigestion and horrible gas. If I can sit for an hour or so after eating, then all is better. There are still foods that produce more gas than others but it seems better to take the time to digest. I have heard that digestion takes blood flow and if that is disrupted because it is going to the bodies muscles to work, digestion suffers and takes longer. Not sure just how true this is but it does make sense.

    My tummy is almost always bloated lately....sugar in biscuits bread pasta and tomato sauce on pasta cause it for me......I can eat 1 fresh sliced tomato and I can have some sauce spread thin on a pizza....which I never eat much of in a sitting....(I always get2 days out of a pizza)but NEVER AGAIN will I have tomato sauce on pasta....the beans bloat me lately.....I am doing great on keto lately with lots eggs and meat....It is suiting me nicely.....I have ALWAYS had a concentrated tomato puree issue.....pity-cos I LOVE it...

    This started happening to me about 7-8 yeears ago and seems to have gotten better only because I started watching what was causing the issues and did a elimination diet. The biggest issue I have now is having allergic reaction to some food nothing that requires hospitalization but I do keep allergy meds on me all the times. I have told my doctor and he told me not to eat the foods causing the problems, and told me I didn't need any testing. With that I am looking for a new doctor.

    wheat in beer bloats me also......I like gin and soda water......suits me with bad IBS....but I only ever have 1 Drink in a sitting....even with beer I like just a glass....not a pint

    What can cause not being able to pass gas?? I'm so bloated I can't even eat very much.

      Problems passing gas could be due to a prolapse so if you also find it difficult to empty your bowel, then it's a good idea to check with your doctor otherwise, you may find it helps if you lie on the floor on your back, bring your knees to your tummy and pull the legs in for a couple of minutes, then release. This often works really well so do this in private! 😊
