I don’t know how I missed this fix. Well executed. This is one of your better videos. I have a tendency to use an old usb plug which is inserted into the socket for soldering of the port pins. Control over the pins touching the pads is easily achieved using this method as there is always some movement of the internal assembly. Hope this makes sense. Happy customer. Gets a 👍 from me. 🇬🇧

if you want to connect your phone to a computer or you need faster charging then you need the port. Otherwise qi is ok.
