The Great Wall of China is a huge wall built to protect China from invaders. Construction started over 2,000 years ago, but the most famous parts were built during the Ming Dynasty, around 600 years ago.
The wall stretches over 13,000 miles, made from materials like stone and bricks. It has watchtowers and forts where soldiers once guarded the country.
Today, it's a famous landmark and a symbol of China's history and strength.
